I am uncle of Seeransh Verma which is mentioned in previous mail.

I have taken admission for NEET from Aakash Nerul branch.

But Due to COVID pandemic exam is cancelled that's why he will take Drop one year for giving 10th exam offline.

So it's not possible to continue NEET preparation for this year.

That's why I want to cancel my admission and also his family facing some financial problem.

Please kindly request to you for cancel the admission and refund amount 11, 999 in my account.

It's genuine problem please try to understand this.

I am waiting for your reply.

After paying all dues in Aakash institute, Rohtak of my ward Vaibhav Verma, Batch- 2M01, Medical Branch - His online classes have been stopped suddenly without prior notice and no reasonable cause.
This will directly affect his studies, and there is no proper response from the administration.
I want to draw your attention towards it, as soon as possible.

My name is A.Arivarasi. Batch no:030CN-HOR1-OYCR-2122-MAY-712448.Now, Im studying class 12. I have school online class from morning 9:30am to evening 4:00pm.I took addmission and paid the fees for one year NEET coaching class(Phase-2), Anna Nagar.I asked the class timing from evening 6:00pm to night 9:00pm.But the timing of timetable given to me is entirely different from what I asked.This timing is mingling with my school online class.So, im unable to attend the NEET coaching class.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS -
* teachers are not getting paid properly since pandemic started.
* working 7 days
* not given holidays as specified by aakash.
* no sick leaves
* excessive workload
* no help provided for online classes. the basic necessities eg markers, board, wifi paid by the teacher. ( NOT PAID THE FULL SALARY)

She doesn't know anything in her mind regarding botany. She uses the book full time and writes the same thing as it's there in the book and doesn't explain anything. And during revision classes she puts a video on YouTube on that topic and doesn't answer to our doubts. Her name is Shaik Shakeela. And aakash Bangalore Bannerghatta branch

I am lekha p student of 12 std JEE of medavakkam branch chennai. So far I received target 1 books, balance when can I expect? already your centre is closed without other target books very difficult to understand online class. Better to send the books through courier.

Sir i am student of aakash institute kakadeo branch kanpur uttar pradesh due to this covid situation i am not able to reach the center to collect my respective study module i have contacted the branch to provide me the package as my aiats is on 11th may and i have to prepare for it since i dont have the package i am not able to prepare for the test and the incharge of this package thing is ignoring my call from the last 3-4 days i have constantly calling him but all he do is keep his phone on do not disturb mode i kindly request you to please resolve my problem as my aiats and carrier is on line thankyou very much!

I've registered for scholarship exam on 16th of April and paid the fee successfully but I've been trying to make calls to customer care as well as various websites to get my roll no., but no one is solving my problem.

This is to inform you.that my sister took admission in aakash institute greater noida, pcb 2 yr course . She later adopted commerce so, she backed from pcb, but now these people at aakash institute are not refunding the full amount even though my sister has not even attended any single class .
Also when we went their to get security fee back, they were not responding accurately to us .I request you to please get mw back my money.

This is to inform you that one of the teachers at greater noida branch -Ram khiladi yadav misleads children, he demands students to take tutions from him. Also he has handful of children to clear doubts especially those only who bring him pure milk, sweets, etc.
He also scolds and abuses over caste, abuses the girls over their friends and family .
Also he tears letters having complaints about him before they reach the office .
He insists children to cry in front of him, and comes very late to class.

I had enrolled yesterday morning to ur Rajajinagar institute but ur people didn't gave any updates about admission, classes I am very disappointed by this sir. Actually I had called 12 times to ur people but they told me that they will call back but till now I didn't get a call from ur people. Already classes are started what can I do now . I am very upset by this kind of negligence .please solve this or pls refund my money .I believe that u people help me in this case.

I have enrolled my daughter for 2 years program for NEET in Aakash institute. She is not able to access your iTutor since her change of centre, as being army officer I have been posted to another station.
I tried to contact Mr Shivam of Kakadeo branch of Aakash at Kanpur to resolve the issue three days back, as candidate address yet not been changed by technical team.
Mr Shivam has taken such a casual approach to my issue that he is neither responding to my calls nor taking any action. His unprofessional conduct has disappointed me, as my daughter is suffering because of someone's carelessness.
You are requested to train your team to be more forthcoming in addressing such crucial issues.

My son Hrishikesh Mishra enrolled with PSID [protected] at Kapoorthla Lucknow branch. In the month of Nov 2020 Madam Risha has blocked my son from attending the classes without any prior information or notice. On contacting her she told that I have not submitted second installment of which was due in the month of Oct 2020. I immediately provided UTR no. of NEFT done by me with screenshot on her WhatsApp and after rechecking she confirmed me back in positive as the second installment was paid on 08 Oct 2020.
But she never bothered to rectify the same at her branch's system. Repercussion of which resulted in one more phone call on 08 Mar 2021 this time made by Madam Anuradha of the same branch, she directly talked to my son and rudely threatened him for blocking his classes next day as one installment of Oct 2020 is due.
My son again fearing the blockage of classes paid the fees by mobile banking.
Next day when I gave the same proof and details to Anuradha Maddam which I had given to Risha Madam she said that it was not her fault because earlier I talked to someone else and not her.
On 15 Mar 2021 I provided all details like canceled cheque of bank account,
copy of Aadhar card and a written application which were asked by Anuradha Madam. When I enquired about my refund status on 23 Mar 2021 only then they asked me to submit bank statement from Oct 2020 to Mar 2021.
While talking both of them never accepted fault on their end and Madam Risha even told that if I won't give account statement she will not refund the money. Their behavior was totally unprofessional, rude, non- cooperative and egoistic.
Hence you are requested to look into the matter and resolve it sooner possible.

Dear Sir,

Reply received against ID: 2829235, 8th March from Aakash educational institute, as per their policy refund is only on security deposit, i.e Rs.2000/- is refundable after course completion. Aakash institute, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam was not responded after directives of AP govt. given clearance to re-open educational Institutions at this area from 2nd November, 2020. But Aakash neglected their commitments given to customers regarding commencement of NCERT classes for 10th class students at our DPS School premises after COVID-19 pandemic ended at Visakhapatnam, A.P. As per govt. directive many of educational institutions re-opened and started regular classes for 9th & 10th classes from 2nd November, 2020 including our DPS school campus. Aakash with-drawn their own promises given to customers after Collection of entire Fee Rs.43080/-towards NCERT Classes for 10th year students. This escapism shown to our customer community is not acceptable.

I have been analyzed after receipt of Aakash reply. Aakash institute has been compromised towards their commercial obligations and tilted towards not adhere to their own commitments / promises and found a way to escape by showing un-accountable reason showing COVID-19 Pandemic. Aakash reply shows that it is against natural justice. I am the 1st person believed and paid entire fee Rs.43080/- towards NCERT classes. I have requested Aakash, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, AP, for commencement of NCERT classes from 2nd November 2020, where Govt. of A.P given clearance for re-open of educational institutions from 2nd November, 2020. I have requested many times to Aakash representative regarding commencement of NCERT Classes at our School from 2nd Nov’20 after Covid-19 pandemic is over. But Aakash institute denied my request to start classes from 2nd November. It shows their Negligence, in-efficiency, un-accountability and escapism towards customers.

They had taken us Rs. 5000 extra in the name of security money and said that if I Will be there for complete coarse the money will be refunded.. But after completion of the course also.. No refund came and they are not responding to our complain too.. Giving fake email aakash id... For refunding perpose

I am Shiva Upadhyay from Agra . I took admission in Aaksh Insitute Agra branch . The day I started I was told about offline class but since whole year they have been teaching hybrid class from September to January . Due to less teacher they are not taking any offline batch and who ask about it they manipulate them with their marketing skills .

They wasted my precious time and money .. I want my money back . Other wise I will Talk about it with my brother who Is an IAS officer .
I want my whole money back since Aakash institute is worst coaching

Ref. As per Promise given by Aakash educational services, GAJUWAKA in connection to conduct NCERT classes for 10th students at our DP School premises, Fee paid towards NCERT Classes was Rs.43080/-
As per commitment given by Aakash, Gajuwaka corporate branch, SBT Kadar Basha Tower, above Vaibhav Jeweler’s, Visakhapatnam, and Andhra Pradesh-530026. To conduct NCERT classes for 10th students at our school after routine school classes.
But due to COVID-19 pandemic, our DPS School remained closed till Nov, 2nd 2020, but school was opened & classes commenced from Nov, 2020.But Aakash institution failed to conduct NCERT classes at our school premises.
Hence I requested Aakash representative to conduct NCERT classes at earliest at our school as promised. But your representative refused to arrange classes at DP School & said to send pupils to Aakash institute, Gajuwaka for attending doubt sessions with students on their own transport.
As covid-19 pandemic has ended and classes commenced at school from Nov, 20, it is your responsibility to arrange NCERT classes at our school premises. If you fail to do so, the amount paid towards NCERT classes Rs.43080/-has to be refunded at earliest possible.

Hi,

i have been follwing up for the refund since a month, the cheque was issued on my husbands name i i requested to change the same to my name.

Its been more than a month, still nothing is sorted out.

I raised a complaint and still feel there is no use (ticket no:[protected].

If they are unable to refund the amount, then why they need to collect.

Appreciate if you could look into this.

I have been facing technical issue in aakash . Its aiats exam and whein i loged in it was showing 502 gateway issue and then i happened for 2-3 times then i refreshed and loged in again then it was showing test submitted...But how is this possible i have not even started the test.
