I took admission in aakash bbsr in the year of 2018 and deposited a security money of rs 5000 which they promised to return me on the 1st week of july but it is now the second week of july now and i havnt reçieved my money yet...5000 isnt a small amount i need tht money fr my future use...

At the time of admission, they said me that my batch will going to be rm3. But, today, when the first time lectures started, they told me that i had been alloted to rm4. And, i had given the pdcs according to the instalments of rm3 batch. And the pdcs are itself filled by the front desk lady. So, it's my humble request to do take immediate action on this coz i don't want miss my any lectures further. Thank you

I m a student of aakash institute yamunanagar. I request the company to get our mathematics teacher back who has left the institute due to some reasons. Pls if possible get him back.. I have never seen such a brilliant maths teacher till now.. Only company can call him back we dont want any other maths teacher as no other teacher can take his place.. He is unique personality.. Kindly take a step towards it...

Its a humble request from authorities to get Mr.Ram Krishna Katariya, maths teacher at AAKASH INSTITUTE YNR BRANCH. Its first of aakaash in yamunanagar and such a good teacher shouldn't be lose. Kindly make efforts to bring him back in branch. We felt like a family with him and the way he teached was excellent. Please try to resolve the problem.

We want aakash institute to bring Mr. RK katariya in yamunanagar branch. He is a marvellous maths teacher and we are not going to accept any else teacher. Kindly make efforts to bring him back. Its a part of our JEE journey which cant be ignored.

Dear sir,
I have been to akash white field on 9th june 2019 for a written test. Before my daughter took the test they convinced me that i need to pay only 1 lakh for the course (Repeated course) and made me pay the money. But luckily i had only rs12300. So i paid that much and told them to send the link for the remaining amount. After that she wrote the test and after two days they called and told that i need to pay 1, 25, 000. So i decided to cancel the admission. I called and told them i am not interested please return the money. But they said it is registration fee. I told them to deduct 500 and give me the balance. Then they told me to visit the branch.in spite of my busy schedule i went there and gave a letter for the refund. They told me that they will let me know the status. Now they are not picking my phone also. I need your help to get back the money for which my daughter has not even gone for one class. Please do the needful.

I had approached aakash institute gaujuwaka in response to their sms ad. I was told since admissions are closing and last day is 26 apr for neet coaching admissions. This was before the 10th results are out. I was told to pay 17000 for admission. No trial classes. After a week i was told to pay security, ist term fees etc because it's compulsory for attending classes. So j paid about 75000. After results came out, my daughter was eligible and took commerce in school. When i asked for refund, they say it's not possible. After multiple calls, i got sms that about 3200 would only be returned not even the security deposit. That's pure cheating and coercion to extort money from parents.

I am a student of aakash live fr-01 for the courses of engineering from 2019-21 and there is a faculty name mr gautam mishra who does not teach us very poorly. My appeal is that please change them otherwise i leave aakash institute since i face very problem in physics due to very poor coaching by him. He never solve our problem. Others faculty are not experienced and they sometimes our doubt and help many childrens. I join very late that why i facing very problem they never encourage me to study and always tell please call me on phone etc. They solve the doubt of good student and never solve our doubt. There chemistry faculty is also very less experience and there notes are useless and learntron website is very slow to use and i rarely join there classes because there teaching method are very boring. Kindly please action otherwise i take action on it

Highly disappointed with the physics faculty being provided to the dropper batch rm _03 (2019) in rohtak aakash. Physics is the only subject which makes difference in any competitive exam of medical students and they are not giving any attention to it. Physics is the most difficult subject at least for us (Medical students). They must be highly conscious about this. Despite the repetitive complaints by the students and parents no action has been taken til now.

Our expectations are not fulfilled.
Plz look into our matter as soon as possible.
This little thing can change our future.

I had taken admission in akash for foundation course after paying rs43000/, but I opted for withdrawal after attending 2 classes only .But after trying for 2 months they refund only rs 15000/ .This is very unfair.They are taking our hard earned money without giving a second thought.They r making this a dirty business.

Very much disappointed with the faculty being provided to the dropper batch rm-03 in rohtak aakash... Our concern is about physics... We give zero marks to the physics faculty... As no work regarding competitive level is being done in the class.. Only theory is dictated.. That we have learnt a lot in boards.. Despite the repeated complaints by the students and their parents, no action is taken...
We really lose faith in aakash..

In future we will strongly advise people not to take admission in aakash...

Let's see what good can happen for me..

At the time of Admission they told me to pay Rs.2, 14, 000/- as tuition fee in which Rs.5000/- was refundable deposit.

My son had joined a two year integrated course at Akash Institute Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore and for the second year they encashed the PDC but failed to inform us regarding when the batch is resuming.We checked with them and they admited it was their mistake offerred us to have extra classes which we re fused as it would have put extra burden on the child. Their Director assured us that they will refund Rs.18, 800 as it is their mistake and do not wish to make it public as it would affect their credibility. They took all the bank details for the refund and till date have never bothered to call or give update on the refund.Request your help in getting this refund

It's regarding the refund of caution money by Aakash Faridabad centre. Even after several reminders to them they are not refunding the caution money paid in the beginning of 2 year medical course.

As per their one response against my several mails, they have adjusted 4666 of 5000 caution money because of GST difference on[protected] and they never reported this to me until i reach them after 2 years. How can they do this and why they didnt inform in July 2017 and why any receipt was not issued for the same. This is a pure act of cheating.

Aakash Institute Customer Care's response Dear Sir/ Ma’am! Thank you for writing to us. With reference to your concern, as per the company policy mentioned. “Refundable Security Deposit: Each student will be charged ` 5000/- as refundable security deposit for Medical & Engineering Long Term Courses, ` 1000/- as refundable security deposit for Medical & Engineering Short Term Courses and ` 2000/- as refundable security deposit for Foundation Courses (Classes IX & X) at the time of admission. This amount shall be refunded to the student after deducting miscellaneous charges if any within three months from the date of completion of their respective courses via cheque or directly into their account, if the bank details are provided by the student / parents.

In case, the Central Govt. levies any kind of indirect tax or increases the existing GST of 18%, then, the additional liability will be payable by the student/parent. In case of non-payment, the same shall be recovered from student via debit from their security deposit. Moreover, any fee dues or pending payments or penalties due towards AESL shall also be debited from the security deposit amount.” Therefore, after deducting the amount basis GST, refund of INR 334/ is applicable. You shall receive payment against the same shortly.

As referred above I want to cancel my son's admission with akash institute at Aurangabad, with regards to same we talked to branch manager to make necessary refund and return PDC given at the time of admission, the reply by the manager was not convincing kindly look into the matter and make necessary arrangements. It's been a month and half from joining the institution. Hoping for a positive reply
