I took admission for my daughter in oy - second step course for jee (Main and advanced) (Weekdays) at the banerghatta brach of aakash. Though the course was pathetic they claim to have finished it but even after more than a year of completion of the course they are not refunding the security deposit of 5000. I want these people to be taught a lesson to stop cheating people of their hard earned money. Please advise what i can do to make these people regret and never do this again with anyone. These kind of things must also be put in news so that others do not trust these fake institutions.

I am a student of Aakash, North Kolkata, Phoolbagan Center. I registered myself for the CBT based AIATS-8 on 19th March, 2019, but I am unable to find it now. I tried to download it from a website www.aakashtests.com but it keeps on telling me that my credentials are invalid even though I log in to Aakash itutor with those same credentials. Please take necessary measures.

Sir/ madam, i pay money for admission fees in aakash institute which is in ambattur, tamil nadu. But, i am not willing to join neet or any other courses in aakash institute. So, i want to reback my money i humble request u to reback my money. This is my life. So, please take care about this message. They didn't tell about any structures of aakash institute like once u pay the we will not refund money. Very worst behaviour, i have never seen this behaviour.

I had enrolled for aakash online crash course for neet on 17th March. I was told that the study material for the course would be delivered to my place...since the course is starting from 19th March, I called the aakash customer care to enquire about the delivery of books and they gave me aakash helpline no. [protected] for dispatch related issues. I have been repeatedly trying to call on this no. but I have always got the response that the counsellors are busy & to try after sometime, also the call gets immediately disconnected. when I again called aakash customer care they were not receiving the call at all. Please do the needful...

These guys are running a tax fraud and on the name of gst they are charging money but not ready to provide the gst invoice.

I request to the tax authorities to look into this matter as it seems its a big racket of tax evasion and i think that's how they become so big by cheating the people and indian government also.

I will take this matter to higher tax official and will try to show the reality of these tax evaders.

My ward is a student of aakash institute, south ex medical wing.
When my ward was in 11 th last year, they were not given a good physics teacher and even after complaining, the teacher was not changed. She has suffered a lot,. She didn't change her batch beacuse the other three teachers were really good.
The physics teacher use to talk about unnecessary things and waste time and then he used to take extra classes. He didn't teach every concept and if some student asks him to repeat any concept, he refused.in doubt counters, he first solves the query of toppers and then of any other student.
Now she is going in 12th this year, i want you to provide tw - 07 with a good physics teacher.

I have taken admission in aakash institute bokaro branch. Due to very poor faculty managements and low quality experience of teaching staff, i decided to withdraw myself from the institute. Though i knew that the institute would not refund a single penny but the aakash team of bbsr branch assured me that the security deposit of rs.5000/- would be refunded to me. But now they are saying that the security amount has been forfeited and there would be no refund of any amount. It is like aakash is robbing people at broad daylight. Its my humble request to director of aakash to kindly look after this my after and help me in claiming my security deposit so that the faith people earlier had upon aakash could be restored.

My son, vishruth v s (Roll no.[protected] has joined foundation course for 10 the std. (2018-19 weekend batch) in december 2017 by paying a fees of rs. 7999.00. (Aakash institute, kuvempunagar, mysore) later, he is not interested to join the course and not attended any classes since april 2018. He was a regular student of class 9th foundation course. I request you to refund the security deposit at the earliest (I. E rs.2000, and i request you please do not debit any gst on this amount)

They had enrolled in medavakkam branch. As due to not able to manage their timings, they have withdrawn form the course recently. We have submitted our request in the month of october itself. So far the security deposit of rs 5000 of 2 of my sons not yet refunded. I am not received proper response from them. For this the staffs asking me to talk with branch manager. I don’t why i need to talk with everybody to get refund amount

My daughter has been molested from last 2 days as my daughter was depressed i got it to know about this.. The culprit name shabbir who is the head of aakash, silachr has molested my child near the toilet were no cctv was held as per as my child said if further steps is not taken about him, me and silchar authorities can take enough actions to stop running aakash in silchar if he is not punished with in 4 days we will file against aakash and him.

I need your intervention in the matter and make sure they courier me the remaining study packages for my son and arrange my son to continue his coaching online and they refund appropriate amount for their failure to keep the communication with the parents and providing wrong information about his progress and attendance's and also non approachable, when try to meet personally.

Further to our telecon yesterday, I would like to confirm our discussion as below
1. During admission stage Ms.Swaroopa has confirmed to us that the institute will send us SMS for any absence of the student. We told her that we are in UAE and if you send SMS to UAE, then she confirmed yes.
2. She also confirmed that the institute will issue regular progress report by emails
3. We never received any SMS or email from the institute
4. We called several time to Ms.Swaroopa regarding this and she advised that she will discuss with the management and get all information
5. Even after that we never received any information or institute never contacted us
6. Then I send my elder son to check the situation, and he advise that we are not getting any sms or emails regarding our son’s performance and attendance
7. He has to wait many hours to meet Mr.Sudheer and he used to be very busy to meet him several times and he has to return without getting any information
8. After several visit we asked her to send SMS to my son’s India number and we very rarely received any sms regarding his absence
9. We managed to reach Sudheer a few times on phone from here and he told us, he is doing well and he need to work hard to improve his score
10. My son visited the institute 22/12/2018 and asked to give a printed report and attendance report.
11. Printed report provided was only for the tests he attended, which shows just opposite to what Mr.Sudheer told us, out of 12 tests he attended only 8 and marks are not showing any improvement, but getting worse every time
12. No one informed us that, my son didn’t attend 4 tests.
13. Attendance register also shown to my elder son on 22/12/18 and it shows, Fayez attended classes as below
August – 3 classes
September – 4 classes
October- 7 classes
November – 1class
December – 2 classes
14. The institute is very irresponsible to inform the above issues to us, who send the students expecting some responsibility from the institute. My current experience with the institute is, it is interested to get the fees and not worried about what happened to the students, where they attend or not, if they write tests or not, or if they are moving in the right direction or not.
15. Hope some of you also have teenage children, then you may understand how they get distracted with the environment they are living, where they require continuous monitoring, advise and guidance.
16. The institute completely failed to full fill any of it’s responsibility, and we expected a better approach from well known, reputed institute like Akaash.
17. Your branch has completely proved to me that you are only interested with the fees you get and not bothered what happen after that.

As discussed with you yesterday, I am withdrawing my son from your institute and request that you contact with your head office and arrange to change his classes to online, send all the remaing study packages by courier to me and refund all the money you have taken, for which you have not done any justice in your approach to the student or to the parents.

Sir. I am the student of akash institute rajbagh srinagar i was studing there for 10th 11th 12th integrated course. Now i went to center for addmition of compact neet course and they didn't accepted my admission. Said u are late. Sir no sms or email or phone call was reached to me for the knowledge of admission open to close. It's a cheat. Sir where will i go for neet cource as it will be very difficult for me to join any other institute.. Why they gave my allotment to any other.???... U ruin my career

Hi, i will not accept deducted amount, i am not sure why gst got deducted from my security deposit.. This is not your income so how aakash paid gst to govt.
Anyway pls give me gst receipt for this amount you paid.

I am a student of two year (Medical) student of akash hisar haryana branch (Weekdays)
I want to draw your kind attention on d ignorant behavior of faculty toward us.
There is no specific class room for us.
No doubt sessions or classes.
They only pay attention on dropper batch n weekends n treat as unnecessary
They demotivate us by comparing.
In d name of revision classes they gave us test of duration 3 hours n ask us to solve it in class room n dicuss d doubts wd bench mates.
New teachers came for revision in every subject.
All students have paid equal fee then why this partial behavior wd us.
I humbly request you to resolve this complaint as soon as possible

Can you tell me who need all bank details ATM card details cvv expirary date phone number related to bank and even OTP just for transfer money into my account... All proof given below...
yesterday I post a complain here against AAKASH INSTITUTE who didn't return my money ... I got 2840 While they had to pay me 5000 I don't know why... Today morning I got a msg from www.consumercomplaint.in that they need to contact me by given number... I called that number and very politely he asked me for account details... ... I gave details as I trusted this site seeing everyone has given their complaint... sometimes after I received a msg that someone has tried to shop for 9999 through my account and failed as I have not enough money in my account...

Then that complaint officer asked for any other bank ICICI or UBI ... previously I gave him my other PNB atm details and now he asked me for pin of that ATM ...I declined then he asked me if I give him my net banking user id and password there will be direct money transfer into my account ... I couldn't simply give him my banking password ...

Then I got a msg that my ATM CARD HAS BEEN BLOCKED due to suspicious activity...

Now tell me shouldn't I go to consumer forum after all this..!!
