Myself bikram debnath an exaakasian regular medical student from south kolkata aakash institute branch 2017 batch... At the time of admission they told the security deposit 5000rs is 100% refundable 3 month after ending the course... After 6 month from course end i have received 2840 rs... Can you please look into that..

I am a aakashian of class 9, who got code r anthe booklet of 2018.in qestion) 12 where we need to find ratio of average speed and maximum speed which is 1st option and in video they told ratio of maximum speed and average speed which is 3rd option as per the video. Option 1st says 2:1 whereas 3rd says 1:2. Here it is visible that 1st option is complete inverse of 3rd one

    Hey! Sir i was promised at the time of admission that security fee is 100% refundable. So for crash course i went to chandigarh branch and after the course i gave all required information to them and they said that the refund will start reflecting after 3rd week of may 2018, but now its end of october and i'm still wondering that whether they said by 3rd week of may 2018 or 2019. So you are requested to please go through my complaint. I shall be very thankful to you.

      From the last 3 or 4 days i am constantly trying to download my admit card for the anthe 2018 exam which is tomorrow. Everytime i try to even load my admit card the webpage stops working and displays that the webpage is unable to process the request. I have tried to contact through the toll free no. And also sent email about this, but no reply has yet came. My roll no. Is[protected] and d. O. B. Is 04/02/2004. I am also unable to access my profile in the aakash app and it says that i need to pay to fill my profile details. Please respond as fast as possible as the exam is tomorrow. Thank you

        Sir i've applied for anthe 2018 from my school but not received my roll number yet. Without roll number i can't appear for examination so please help me out soon. Please sir help me fast else i'll not be able to give my exam... I'm from lucknow and giving this exam for the first time and such kind of mistake from aakash institute was not expected by me. Please help me out.

          I vaibhav pandey joined aakash institute sector 18 noida branch.
          I was told by the managers that the faculties are good and will provide better classes for jee exams. I am the topper of class 12 exam from my school and the faculties were not clearing doubts and quality was not up to the mark.
          Before admission i was told that if i am not satisfied they will return my fee i paid 31800 to the institute and after attending 1 class i told them that teachers are not nice i want my fee back. And gave them application on the very 1st day and after 2 months they returened me 17000 and not the remaining money.
          Please its a humble request please return my money or i have to file a complaint in police regarding this fraud. My number is [protected]

With reference to your case, the terms & conditions mentioned in the brochure are : Registration Fee Refund: No refund of Registration Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. In keeping with your request, admission fee of Rs. 17700/ has been refunded.

          Totally wrong the fee that is refunded to me is not the one which was commited to me before giving the fee . and 3 hor class doesnot cost 14000rs . i can send you recordings in which your institute has accepted that the institute is doing wrong with me . my lawyer is asking me for those recordings this is the last chance for aakash institute to refund my fee or meet me in the court and media . i have all the proof

                    I'm a regular student of aakash insitute. I'm not able to see whole video of any lecture. Itutor provides me with 3 minutes video for any lecture. I would like to inform you that i have used only approx. 10 hrs out of 50 hrs facility of itutor. Please resolve my problem as early as possible. I have talked to your counselor of delhi and that told me to talk to direct itutor technical support but the number when dialed comes out to be incorrect. See i'm in class 12 and need itutor urgently. As it is difficult for me to go institute everyday as it is 9 km away from my home.

                      Hello sir,
                      Myself atharva ghope from yavatmal. I study in 10th std and have enrolled for anthe cbt mode at akola for the morning shift. But on my admit card the shift is 2:30 to 4:30 pm and the center is jalgaon.
                      On my online profile, i still can see akola as the center. How is this possible? I want akola as the center, so kindly look in to this matter.

                          Sir,
                          Most humbly and respectfully, i want to state that due to some technical problem, some faults had been made in my anthe admit card and i want to rectify those mistakes. I have registered my name as dharmesh priyadarshi but instead of it, a name utkarsh raj appears and instead of my email address i. E. [protected]@gmail.com, an another email id i. E. Utkarshraj[protected]@gmail.com appears. The number on which the registration is done is [protected]. The payment has been done already. My anthe enrolment number is[protected]. Thus due to these major mistakes in my anthe admit card unables me to participate in the exam. My dob, i mentioned in registration is 16.11.2003. These mistakes should be rectify on a proper time, so that i can participate in the exam. Thus put my name and email id at the place of those incorrect name and email id.
                          Therefore, i kindly request you to please rectify these mistakes on time. For your this help i will be thankful towards you.

                              Sir my two children have enrolled into jee fundamental course in Aakash institute Medavakkam Chennai this year in the month of April 2018 . We paid lump sum of
                              Rs. 1, 25, 271 and Rs.1, 29, 678 for the first year for both of my children apart from security deposit of 5000 separately for both of my children. Due to not able manage the timings they have withdrawn from the course at then end of 2 term ie before 3 rd term gets started. Hence the I have asked them to refund the security deposiit of 5000 along with the third term fee of 34000 for each of my children separately wihich cost totally 10000 as total security deposit and 68000 as total term fee. I was asked to submit request letter mentioning all the details. Hence submitted the request letter on 10/09/2018. Then no response. After called up many times through phone, I went to meet branch manager. He said he will do needful and asked to submit a form . I submitted the form with the date 10/09/2018 . This happens on 20th September 2018. After that till now they are telling they have sent the letter to head office and today when I called again telling that they can not refund the term fees for both of them . Only security deposit would be refunded after some time and asked me to come and submit another written request. Sir help me to get the refund of 3rd term fee. Enclosed receipt of term fee paid on 30/03/2018 for 2 children separately apart from security deposit of 5000 for each separately. Kindly help to get refund of third term fee along with security deposit of each of my child as I found very difficult to pay such a huge amount and till now not getting

I was told that my children can not attend the classes from 10/09/2018, on which I had given a request letter of withdrawal of the course to Aashka branch. Since then they haven’t attended the classes

                              It is a 3 term per year course, started from April 2018 and ending dec 2018, consists of 3 term each 3 months
                              My children had attended till August 2018. From September they couldn’t attend . I submitted the request on 10/09/2018 . Only 5 months attended the course. Remaining 1 month in 2nd term as well as complete 3rd term fee of my both the child is with them only Today when I contacted them I was told that rs 18000 for one child and rs 12000 for another child will be returned back. I don’t know what happened to the caution deposit rs 5000 per each too. 4 months amount they want compromise with just 12000 and 18000 only . I asked them to send in email which they communicated me over phone. But till now no response.

                              The fee detail breakup for each term of my children which given by at the time of joining shall be produced if necessary.
                              As per that,
                              Child 1 : third term fee details
                              Tuition fee 17622
                              Technology fee 7906
                              Exam fee. 5310

                              Child 2: third term fee details
                              Tuition fee 19168
                              Technology fee 7906
                              Exam fee. 5310

                              Apart from that 3rd term or 3 months fees, my children didn’t attend One month class in 2nd term too.

                              They have to refund total caution deposit 10000 also.

                              I am not able understand how the accountant told me over phone that only 18000 (child1) + 12000 ( child 2) will be refunded. Requesting You to kindly intervene and help me To get my money back .

                              Sir today I received a mail from branch office that they can’t refund and forwarded the request to head office. Yesterday only they told that they will refund some amount . They forwarded the request to head office as mentioned in mail
                              It is already one month over to send this reply from branch office. Now they are telling in mail to wait for another 20 days more. When I submitted the request letter on 10/09/2018, they told that will calculate and refund for remaining days from 10/09/2018 . They are keep on changing their statements. Attached the mail. Kindly help me .

                              I received one cheque as refund for one of my child . It was told that the cheque came for one child refund amount. I haven’t received another child amount as refund. Without that how this complaint got resolved. More over where do I get my security deposit amount for both of
                              My children.

                              Kindly clarify and refund
                              1 another child course fee paid
                              2 security deposit amount paid for both of my children (10000)
                              3. I was told the cheque which I got as refund for only one child . They have shown me the name also.

                              Hi my sons security deposit 5000 each is not yet refunded. When I asked, the refund will be provided once the course schedule is over. I don’t know when the child discontinued, when they are not refunding

                                Sir,
                                Most humbly i want to state that some corrections are required for the faults which are made in my anthe admit card i. E. Name and email id. I have registered my name as dharmesh priyadarshi but it shows utkarsh raj on the mobile no. [protected] and instead of email id [protected]@gmail.com, it shows utkarshraj[protected]@gmail.com. For some other requirements my anthe enrollment roll number is[protected]. Thus some corrections have to be made on my admit card. The payment is already done.
                                Therefore, i kindly request you to make the required corrections, which has been already mentioned above. I want that these corrections should be made fastly and on time. For your this kind help i will be thankful towards you. That's all, thank you.

                                  I sent the below letter to aakash institute, rajajinagar branch, bengalore,
                                  And also sent e mail in july-2018, but till date no information about any refund of my money. I even called so many calls, but no positive answer
                                  Whether refund will get or not, even i spoke to branch head but no use.
