I have done registration on 15 feburary, 2018 in the city visakhapatnam of gajuwaka branch of my son whose is in eight std and daughter
Whose in tenth std and going to ninth and eleventh.
The person who came with admission form he told that he would give 65% concession for my daugher and 50% concession to my son after seeing there progress card and i have also requested him to give concession by saying that i am electrician and i don't have much annual income i cant pay that much money but i want my children to get higher education.
So after he committed that than i filled registration form and paid the registration fee of rs.11800 of my daughter and rs.5900
— of my son by cheque.
But today on 24 march 2018 when i went to that foundation then they said that they would give only 59% concession to my daughter and 49% concession to my son and also said that if we would pay the first installment then only they will allow to enter my children to that institute. But i can't pay such amount.
But how far i know your first installment shall be paid in the month of april 2018.
So i am very much dissapointed by your service and want my registration fee back.
It would be very nice if you help me getting back my money.
As i cant pay money to another small college also if you will not reback my money
If you would support me than i am ready to pay the first installment in the end of april 2018.

    RESPECTED SIR,

    If you would support me than i am ready to pay the first installment in the end of april 2018.

    Dear Sir, We will only be able to extend the discount that is now being given to you by the branch. Also, sir registration fee is not refundable as per policy which is clearly given in the prospectus.

    I just want my money back as what u say u r not fulfilling it may be repeated in future too. So I don't want my children to send in such frod institute.
    I just want my money back in any case. U r saying that registration fee is unrefundable according to ur policy.
    But there r many thing according to ur policy which u is not followed so shall I mention those in public.
    1. Where is the person who came for registration with whom I talked for admission and concession Mr. Subba Rao when the time came to talk to him his phone is switched off..
    Is this is ur frod policy.
    2. Taking fees before the time of submission is under ur policy..
    U have just told the parents to submit the fees than only ur children will be allowed to enter institute that also u have asked before. I mean it should be paid in month of april but u have asked in the March itself
    Is this under ur policy???
    I just want my money ba otherwise this case will go on higher.

      Respected institute,
      Some people come from your side approx. 1 month ago and they pressurize us to take admission. Once we deny for this but they regularly come and regularly pressurize for take admission. After some meetings we was ready for take admission. That time we complete all the formalities and do pay some of the part. But now from some days they all are misbehaving with us. I hove you will definitely do something for this...

        I am m. N. Shafeeq from bilaspur. I enrolled my daughter ambreen nayyar in aakash institute in bilaspur. Details of fee receipt is furnished below:-

        Registration no. : 133/2015/er01601/002201

        At the time of admission following fees were deposited by me
        (A) 15.12.[protected]/- as admission fee
        (B) 15.12.[protected]/- as registration fee
        (C) 15.12.[protected]/- as ist instalment
        (D) 15.12.2015 5293/- as service tax
        Total amount - 41793/-
        My daughter attended classes only up to 17th of april-2016. She faced an accident while going to aakash institute for her classes. Moreover she was not getting the proper response to her queries/doubts raised in the classes. As classes were only conducted mon, wed, sat and sunday i. E. 4 days in a week. As she attended tuition only for 8 to 10 days, i would request to refund the amount as applicable from the amount of rs 41793/-.
        In view of the above, i humble request to refund all the fees that paid by me, which is hard earn money by us.

        Dear Shafeeq Sir, Your daughter was enrolled for First Step Course 2016-18 on 30.12.15 at Bilaspur Centre and you submitted an application for discontinuation of classes on 22.5.2016. Class for First Step Course was started from 1st April 2016 and she attended the classes. According to refund policy, we have not refunded the registration, admission and 1st installment fee, but we have returned all post-dated cheques. No further refund is applicable.
        Sir, l am Mr B l Khajuria F/o NAVAM Khajuria class 10th batch 1, Gandhinagar Jammu. After repeated requests and reminder you are not solving problem regarding Math teacher Mr Amit Goel he is really irrisponsible and he doesn't even pay attention towards students doubts .
        He is a really bad teacher and my experience in aakash has been very bad.

          I had joined my ward in aakash institute at tirupati. I was not at all satisfied with the teaching faculty there. Even when i complained to the branch manager he had not taken any action against it. We had payed 40, 000 rs hoping that that my ward would improve. But the faculty is not at all good. Even many parents had complained about aakash tirupati. The students are not at all given revision before the exams. So what is the point of joining in aakash whwn students are not being revised. They are showing much intrest in asking fees rather than giving education to students

            Respected sir /madem,
            I don't know weather you know the meaning of co-ordination in your staff when you people only don't have the co-ordination regarding the fees structure in your campus its a huge loss for you people. I can even imagine what kind of facilities you can provide us even in the future. I am thankful that you people misguided us because i came to know about the management which is even more worst than anyone can imagine. You people misguide the society and even more worst you people have no co-ordination only.in your branch the person called cavery she tells different fees and the management tells another fees structure and you people easily fool people around here especillay the illitrates. And even the online fees was made to be paid and even the scholorship fees for the enterance exam where we simply wasted 1500 which will be like nothing for you guys.

              Aakash provied me with certain password and email to log in for itutor videos.till yesterday i used to log in with that.but from today after typing the same password a dialogue box is popping up saying the username or the password doesn't match.                   Sir, i am a student of rm batch. I want to inform you that in aakash bikaner branch they never complete the prescribed syllabus of aiats & aets before the exam. They tell us to study yourself the remaining chapters at your home. So i doesn't think that i have given a huge amount of fees to study self at home.

                  Aiats exam is too hard as compared to neet exam. Neet is purely based on ncert while aiats is mostly out of ncert. I doesn't think so that their is any requirement to study those useless extra things which are given in your module and to give aiats exam.

                    On 30 jan 2018 i took admission in your classes for crash course in andheri branch. And for that i submitted fees with my documents.
                    They said me i will get bill copy on my registered email id on next bay only.
                    But since tuesday i have not got invoice copy, for that from wensday 3 times i have called in andheri branch. But every time they keep saying that we will send you in 2 day. Now 8 day has passed out but i have not got copy.

                      I am currently studying in aakash institue. It provides us with i tutor facility. One can watch the vedios even at home. I used to watch videos in this site. But now it isn't working. There's a dialogue box saying 'access denied'. I i don't know why this is happening with me. There's a limit in case of hours of watching. But that can't be my problem because i have just started watching.

                          I am bipratip niyogi. I made an online payment for aiats[protected] on 02/01/2018 at 12.05am. My registration no. Is dlp[protected]. I am surprised to see the irresponsibility of the institute to help me resolve this problem. Please help me out. I have paid rs7142 to get nothing till now. The website provided a link for profile completion just after payment but it didn't work. Since then, they didnot care to provide any link to complete the registration.

                            I am an aakashian studying in chandkheda branch batch tr o3. I want to inform you that term and fortnightly tests which are taken in aakash are not taken in our batch. I am student of medical 2019. Till now we have given only 3 term and 5 fortnightly tests. We are not able to check our performance or preparation regularly due to lack of objective tests. Please resolve this problem and assure regular tests in our batch. Thankyou.

                              We have transfered our wards namely misba rashid and faizan rashid from srinagar aakash to jammu gandhi nagar aakash since 18th dec. From that date we are waiting at jammu aakash but no details they are providing us. From delhi aakash you had send a mail to srinagar aakash and they send to jammu gandhi nagar aakash but u had not send all details to them. Plx tell us what we have to do now. Neither your jammu centre is responding nor your srinagar centre

                                I have enrolled online for my sister anita maurya in aaits (Offline centre pitampura dlp english) delhi on 1/12/2017, payment was also done on the same day, but till now i have not get any link regarding d schedule of test, admit card or any further procedure. Also no user name password provided. I have called on various no. Of akash which are available online but didnt get any solution. I have sent an email regarding same to [protected]@aesl.in on 9/12/17 but havnt got any reply till now. Akash corporate head office never receive call, also worst kind of staff is there.. Kindly resolve my issue asap. Thanku.

                                    I am ravneet singh studying in class 9 th and i participated in anthe 2017 and made an online payment of rs.300 through paytm on september 14, 2017 ist 10:19 p. M. And the exam was to be conducted on 29 october, 2017. Now, 3-4 days ago i received a call from aakash customer care regarding the change of exam centre from sri ganganagar, rajasthan to abohar, punjab and also they asked me if i was unable to go to the updated exam centre they could issue me a refund (My extension no - 318) and even i said to issue refund and they assured me that i will receive a call in 1 day regarding my refund but i havent received a call yet. So i called your customer care again and they told me to email you on this address with all my details... This is the mail i wrote to aakash and after 1 month also i jave got no response they are such a huge money eayers... They live on others money... Such institutes should be closed permanently as they do not provide any real sense education they just show some fake values in tv ads... Please help me get my refund.

                                      I had taken 2 yr course (11-12th) in akash institute, sector-14, gurgaon. I had deposited 850rs as the library security fee for which i was told that 750rrs from this will be refunded to me once i complete the course. I got a cheque for the same which i was not able to deposit into my bank account. And now that i am demanding another cheque as the previous one expired, they are not willing me to give the same. I want my security money back.

                                        Dear concern,

                                        This mail is in regards to my brother in law who took admission in aakash institute and paid rs. 45926/- on 5th july'17 which was 6 month fee for the engineering coaching however their finance people told us very categorically stating if you want to opt out of coaching anytime before 6 months then they will only charge fee on pro rata basis and he got selected in nit, hamirpur due to which we have to opt out. Then we spoke to aakash authorities and they gave us a refund reference number - 52296 however despite continuous follow up with aakash institute, they are quite irresponsible and continue to ignore all communications sent to them. I had written a mail to their redressal team however there have been no response there hasn't been any acknowledgement or reply from aakash.

                                        Their is a old lady from himachal who have been following up with the refund however it seem these people aren't interest at all to address her problem.

                                        Your online website is too slow to open, it takes more than than any other website. It work slowly and online doubt clearing session are very bad, give answer in 2 days (if I submitted answer today).
