I am currently studying in aakash institue. It provides us with i tutor facility. One can watch the vedios even at home. I used to watch videos in this site. But now it isn't working. There's a dialogue box saying 'access denied'. I i don't know why this is happening with me. There's a limit in case of hours of watching. But that can't be my problem because i have just started watching.

Or mene aakash institute rupees 28, 750/- payament kiya tha jo aaj tk refund nahi kiya gaya. I am bipratip niyogi. I made an online payment for aiats[protected] on 02/01/2018 at 12.05am. My registration no. Is dlp[protected]. I am surprised to see the irresponsibility of the institute to help me resolve this problem. Please help me out. I have paid rs7142 to get nothing till now. The website provided a link for profile completion just after payment but it didn't work. Since then, they didnot care to provide any link to complete the registration.

I am an aakashian studying in chandkheda branch batch tr o3. I want to inform you that term and fortnightly tests which are taken in aakash are not taken in our batch. I am student of medical 2019. Till now we have given only 3 term and 5 fortnightly tests. We are not able to check our performance or preparation regularly due to lack of objective tests. Please resolve this problem and assure regular tests in our batch. Thankyou.

From that date we are waiting at jammu aakash but no details they are providing us. I have enrolled online for my sister anita maurya in aaits (Offline centre pitampura dlp english) delhi on 1/12/2017, payment was also done on the same day, but till now i have not get any link regarding d schedule of test, admit card or any further procedure. Also no user name password provided. I have called on various no. Of akash which are available online but didnt get any solution. I have sent an email regarding same to [protected]@aesl.in on 9/12/17 but havnt got any reply till now. Akash corporate head office never receive call, also worst kind of staff is there.. Kindly resolve my issue asap. Thanku.

I am ravneet singh studying in class 9 th and i participated in anthe 2017 and made an online payment of rs.300 through paytm on september 14, 2017 ist 10:19 p. M. And the exam was to be conducted on 29 october, 2017. Now, 3-4 days ago i received a call from aakash customer care regarding the change of exam centre from sri ganganagar, rajasthan to abohar, punjab and also they asked me if i was unable to go to the updated exam centre they could issue me a refund (My extension no - 318) and even i said to issue refund and they assured me that i will receive a call in 1 day regarding my refund but i havent received a call yet. So i called your customer care again and they told me to email you on this address with all my details... This is the mail i wrote to aakash and after 1 month also i jave got no response they are such a huge money eayers... They live on others money... Such institutes should be closed permanently as they do not provide any real sense education they just show some fake values in tv ads... Please help me get my refund.

I had taken 2 yr course (11-12th) in akash institute, sector-14, gurgaon. I had deposited 850rs as the library security fee for which i was told that 750rrs from this will be refunded to me once i complete the course. I got a cheque for the same which i was not able to deposit into my bank account. And now that i am demanding another cheque as the previous one expired, they are not willing me to give the same. I want my security money back.

Dear concern,

This mail is in regards to my brother in law who took admission in aakash institute and paid rs. 45926/- on 5th july'17 which was 6 month fee for the engineering coaching however their finance people told us very categorically stating if you want to opt out of coaching anytime before 6 months then they will only charge fee on pro rata basis and he got selected in nit, hamirpur due to which we have to opt out. Then we spoke to aakash authorities and they gave us a refund reference number - 52296 however despite continuous follow up with aakash institute, they are quite irresponsible and continue to ignore all communications sent to them. I had written a mail to their redressal team however there have been no response there hasn't been any acknowledgement or reply from aakash.

Their is a old lady from himachal who have been following up with the refund however it seem these people aren't interest at all to address her problem.

Your online website is too slow to open, it takes more than than any other website. It work slowly and online doubt clearing session are very bad, give answer in 2 days (if I submitted answer today).

My (Suresh kumar, [protected]) son shravan suresh was studying in aakash institute, hebbal, bangalore from 16.06.2017 to 10.08.2017 for engineering entrance coaching (Fs june 2017 batch, roll no. [protected]) and could not continue his classes due to physical illness. Hence, on 24.8.17 myself alongwith my son visited hebbal centre and filled the necessary form including request for fee refund. At the time of joining i. E. On 14.06.17 and 16.06.17, a total fee of rs.61, 015/- was paid for first quarter including caution deposit of rs. 5000/-. Even after discontinuing his classess, the institute is very much keen to collect the second instalment of fee of rs. 33, 186/- for which they frequently send messages and also calls me. They calls me from[protected] for making the payment. Though, each time i informs them that my ward is not studying there and inturn they have to give me refund, they informed me it will take time. Even they send me messages that if i don’t pay before 8.10.17, they will charge penalty of rs. 1000/- and late fee also. Please take necessary action to get the refund of amount paid to them after deducting the fees for the attended period. I have send mails for which no reply received from their end.

I have participated in anthe examination but in hall ticket they are showing center as (Aakash institute, muzzafarpur) but when i asked then they told that now it will held on woodbine school, darbhanga. But just now i have a message that my roll number is this and my centre is aakash institute, muzzafarpur. Now what to do i'm totally confused. Now i have only one option to go with hall ticket and if they will now allow me to sit then i have only one option to go to consumer coat.

My son naitik chatterje (Roll no[protected] appearing anthe'17 examination on 29 th. October.
I applied online and exam centre preferred durgapur aakash institute, west bengal.
Hall ticket genarated accordingly and exam centre alloted at akash institute, durgapur (Wb).
Now different phone call from different number in behalf of akash saying that exam centre has been changed. Once they are saying it wiil held at burdwan municipal school (Wb), on the other term they say that the centre will be at hemseela school, durgapur. But no written intimation sent to me.
Iam confused. I do not espect this type of mismanagement from renownd aakash institute. I like not to change exam centre. Hall ticket also generated accoring to my option.
So, i will appear exam cente (Aakass institute, durgapur, wb) on 29 th. Oct' 17- as printed in hall ticket. If my son is not allowed to sit for emam, i have no option open except going to court of jutice. Thanx

Dear Sir,
Today was ANTHE exam in Kolkata. The exam was held at
Shri Shikshayatan School
11, Lord Sinha Road
Kolkata 700 071.
The message was given to all the candidates in advance. And there was no difficulty for the parents nor the students while entering the school to give their exams.
It was really very disappointing for every parents/guardian that it was not properly planned by you and the officials of to disburse the student out of the examination hall to their respective parents. As there was a total chaos outside. The entrance door was blocked by the awaiting parents and the student faced a lot of problem in finding their parents. Moreover, the traffic on the road was again an addon.
None of the school officials dared to come outside and rearrange the whole scenario. There should have opened the main gate to facilitate the guardians and the students who were overcrowding the road and the main gate.
There should have been a proper announcing system to aware the students and guardians.
It was my first experience with my daughter but really it was horrible. Never to talk about. You all only go for money making and have lost the sense of humanity. As you are conducting an exam your sole responsibility was to ensure all the above situations which are likely to arrive and necessary precautionary measures could have been done. But no it was not done.
It was really a horrible experience. I will also send a photograph of the spot.
I hope you all will take all precautionary measures in future.

I had registered and made payment for anthe exam 2017 and i was allotted roll no[protected] but i am not able to complete the enrolment as the enrolment form is showing prefilled centre as chandigarh, whereas i had filled centre as kangra (H. P) while registering and making payment. My repeated emails to akash at onlinedlp. Aesl.in has yielded no result... Even speaking on phone on number provided has also resulted in false assurances... The exam being 3 days away i don't know what to do as i am unable to download admit card with correct centre... If the akash is so casual and insensitive to not reciprocate my emails since 13th oct, i don't know what kind of treatment do the students studing at akash get.

Sir i am a student of class 11th of ero5 branch chandigarh for two year course iit 2017 for 2019 sir my class has 30 students who gave their best result in 10th but now due to two teacher one of maths and other is chemistry makes students condition worse in objective as well as subjective.
And the assistant director sir mrigvani did not take any action

Dear sir,

My child is learning in 8th std icse batch of aksh institute, kalyan branch,.
We wants to highlight the following issue. Their maths teacher is frequently changing in the span of 5 to 6 months. Earlier there was ankit sir, who was very good in teaching maths and taking all the problems solved in class. Also in case of query, he resolves then and their itself. Due to this students build a good rapot with him. Then he left the organisation after few months. Again there was a new teacher appointed. By the time students gets familiar to that teacher, he too left the job. Now there was again a new teacher, who is joined at the time of their semisters. My child's maths paper was on sunday. She wants to resolve the queries with the teacher but he was absent on saturday. Many of her queries remain unanswered, which we also could not resolve.

I would request to akash management, pls look into this matter why the teachers are changing the job so frequently. Due to this education of our child is getting hampered.
Also appoint a good teacher who are ready to take the ownership of their subject.

"Tumko har chapter k baad doubts hi aa jatey hai" this is her statement. She never clears our doubts properly. She only wants to finish our syllabus. She only sit in faculy room idle but never clear my doubts.

I'm from punjabi bagh branch from pmac-1batch our speed incharge miss damini sharma, ignores my complain. When i request her for doubt class she simply said fill up the feedback form after filling she ignores that form and i never got any doubt session since 2-3months. On face meeting she says ok and then she ignores what i said her... And mostly says that you will have to ask your doubts during your doubt session 4-4:30 and faculties never explains properly during that compulsory doubt session... And damini mam also do fake complains at my house...

We registered for the test and they gave us a login id and a password the id is[protected] and in the personal details the name is given wrong by another name. After registering they sent a mail that payment is successful and they sent the details correctly i. E., the name and the other details. But when we enter our id and password the name is given wrong and we are unable to change it. When we contacted akash institute they told to leave a message in this site. Hope you look at the issue seriouly.

Respected sir, my daughter had taken admission for 10th foundation course for the year 2017-18. But we have discontinued due to transfer & applied for refund on 13/06/2017. I had paid a cumulative fee of ₹ 62454/- on 6th april, 2017, but after so many request & after 4 months finally the accounts office only refunding ₹18480/-. Also not refunding the transportation charges which is paid in advance. Now i feel that this is unjustified,...
