Dear sir/madam,
I am kb thapa from garhi cantt, dehradun, i enrolled my son kiran thapa in aakash institute at ballupur branch, dehradun on 30 apr with a hopping a good education but my son felt not good class run by the institute. Their they only trying for admit a lot of students but not focusing in proper classes. So i withdraw my son from the coaching and and submit the application on 30 may 2017. Staffs of the institute told me for the immediate refund of all the amount on my account and they also took my cross cheque.
At the admission time i deposit
(A) 30 apr 2017 - 11, 500/- as admission fee
(B) 01 may 2017 - 38, 327/- as tution fee
(C) 01 may 2017 - 5, 000/- as security fee
Total amount - 54, 827/-
My son attend class only upto 30 may while wed, sat and sunday is holiday and 4 days in a week is tuition day means 18 days he attend the class. I think in 18 days fee amount 54, 827/- is so much for poor family like us. Till date 18 jul 2017 the fund is not refunded on my account.
In view of the above, i humble request to refund all the fees that paid by me, which is hard earn money by us.

My daughter ananya awasthi class11 joined aakash institute on 22 june 2017 but now after some days she noticed that the teachers are not focusing on the school syllabus they are just focusing on iit.
My daughter scored 10 cgpa in class 10th cbse board but now because of intense burden of course she is lagging behind. Whenever i go to the institute to talk about it, they say that the student have to work hard. But my daughter is a very hardworking girl and still if she is not able to score good i think that the coaching is responsible.
She says that the teachers do not focus on basics they just try to make the students understand higher class courses.

Because of the bad faculty i want my daughter to leave that institute. But the staff told me that the fee (₹69000) will not be refunded.
What is this? Is it fair? I mean if something is defective then i'll not get my money back?
Sir i want my hard earned money back.
Or i'll go to the court.

I made the full payment at the time of admission of my brother
But after completion of course on date 05/05/17. After week i give the request letter to refund the security deposits as per term. And i personally visit to institute for deposits collection but they always make false statements by the fee collection dept. Still date i m not received by security deposits.

Suppose if i make the any due amount fees of aakash institute agra they continuous call to us & imfasize to deposit the fees or barred the student.

I want the take the necessary action against such fraud institutes compensation along with interest i want.

This is 3 months now that we have not received the refund of rs 1000 paid at the time of admission for cet crash course.. I made more than 15 calls and spoke to most of aakash staff. This is a daylight robbery... Teaching is so poor and just conducting the crash courses to make money and additional money like refundable deposit is swallowed from 1000+ students at each branch. I am planning to put this news in all possible media and file a consumer case in this regard.

My son mr. Navaneeth venkateswaran did the crash course for neet in your madurai centre just 3 month back. At the time of admission, rs.1000 was paid as refundable deposit. On completion of the course we filled in the form and gave one cancelled cheque also. Even after 2 months, the payment is not received. It doesn't look apt for an institute like akash to have the students' money this much longer period without any acceptable reason. The refundable deposit should be paid in the center itself as they accept cash from us. They should refund in cash on the spot at the end of the session. Please refund the amount without waiting for further reminders.

I have taken admission In aakash pitampura campus delhi. But due to some reason I need to cancel my admission. Nd get rest of money to be refunded. They assured me that it will be done in 7 days but I has been over 15 days they r nt giving any response nd keep saying it is under process.it is quite disgusting that how can an education institute be so careless about their students. I request u that I want my money back as soon as possible

But my brother changed his mind to transfer at New Delhi south ex branch because he studied at aakash institute New Delhi in session 2016 he takes admission at 26 June and the next day onwards he tell the counselor of aakash institute, Agra Mr. Satyendra Mishra to transfer him at aakash New Delhi south ex branch they mr.satyendra mishra simply...

Sir my complaint is that there are FSTs tests and we were requested to send the answer to mail i have submitted both the tests 2 times but in the marks list my name is not there i had sent it but answers are not there and 3 or 4 more children's marks are not given. this is wrong for us and if we will dont get marks we will lose our marks in annual report card

Aakash has said that they will give foundation bacth students a tablet enrolled in 2016 and i have also read this in an article andbim studying from 2015 but sir i didnt got an tablet but i only got an sd card so sir i want to say that i[censored] dont want to give a tablet so why u r saying lie and giving fake promises

My daughter has been attending coaching classes from class 11 onwards for engineering jee under aakash institute, ballupur, dehradun. As a parent, i have noticed that the faculties are very frequently changed even in mid terms which effects the students adversely. As an example, today a very good teacher mr, tripathy of physics has been transferred to somewhere else who was very good in teaching. Students of class 12 have become very upset due to management's decision. Students were already in a good trend of picking up lessons very fast from him. What i understand, they are shifted to some other places where you find the better students whose chances of cracking the jee is almost 100% neglecting dehradun aakash institute. I know it will make a good image of aakash institute. However, i think this is a temporary gain of the institute making the other students deprived of getting good education. Please don't make the students unhappy and take proper care of them. Because every student is different and has the capability of doing miracle if they are given an opportunity. I request you not to change good teachers in the mid term of the session as it adversely affect the students study. Another thing i have observed that differentiation among the students are made by you dividing in batches like good students and poor performing students. It gives a vey bad impact on the students lowering their self esteem. Hope, you will take action on this feedback and find the person responsible for this act and correct it. Thanking you...

My son is unable to take admission in akash institute (Iit-jee) course) at monalisa manjalpur branch vadodara gujarat india, due to personal reason

So we demanded them the refund of so called registration charges (To book seat) amounting to rs 11500/- when we ask about the refund, they are not ready for that. No proper response till now. Two month have passed but they are only saying that it is under process. This is ridiculous how can an educational institute be money hungry...! How can they be 'shiksha lutera'

We have not taken any services so why we are force to pay any fees
And that to 11500/- a big amount for middle class family.

We have been given provisional raw receipt. We have not signed any agreement with them.

We have applied to them for refund on 24/04/17. But no response. Their callious fees greedy staff says that every time that they will not refund any amount.

I hope the akash management must have some ethics and shame that ensure that the students are not looted by them

Please help me to get my hard earned money back else i will be forced to go to consumer court if my money would not be refunded...

My son was enrolled for 2yrs integrated classroom program for jee (Mains and advanced) 2017 in kalyan branch aakash. He took admission on 11 june 2017 and started attending class from 12 june 2017. He attended class for 3 days. My son dint like the teaching method and complaint me. He left class.

I paid total amount 216000 (+5000 security deposit)
After he got scholarship of 50% (For 10 cgpa +ex servicemen benefit).

Branch centre is not refunding our money and not cooperating in positive manner. Please do needful and refund our payment fees. Thankyou

I enrollment for jeee for my son and paid registration fees, security deposit and 1st installment. But due to personal reason, we could not join the class.

When we ask about the refund, they are not ready for that. No proper response till now.

I took admission in your institute in 30.5.2017. I gave the 1st installment of rs50025 with the scholarship of 30%according to my mp result. I also gave rs5000 as security bond. But l got the chance in engineering. So l want my money to be return. My questions are how l can get back money, how many money are refundable. And l want to cancel my registration. Thank you

I registered my sister in aakash bhopal for neet 2018. And paid a token amount of rupees 5000. At the time of registration they said a lot of things but actually it was nothing but a complete lie. They told us that batches are going to be start from 19th may so i asked that she has to write aiims exam that is scheduled on 28 of may. So they said that no problem we will manage it. Later on when we reached there after 28th may they started telling us that it wont be easy. So ask her to take admission in a new batch that is scheduled from 8th of june. We said ok. So she went to home that is 600 km away from bhopal. Again they called me and said her batch is going to start from 1st of june so pay the remaining fee before 1st of june. So i lost my faith in this institution. Its not only about money but also future of my sister. So decided not to take admission there. So i asked about 5k that i paid so they r saying arrogantly that there is no way for refund. My contact no is [protected].

my daughter got admitted in post plus two one year intensive coaching for neet at aakash institute gajuwaka centre, vishakhapatnam, ap.

Although the institute stated their program will start from third week of may 2017, but till now no class has started causing great agony in students mind. Neet being a highly competitive exam, our daughter will be loser because of delay by the aakash in starting classes.
We feel aggrieved by this delay by aakash .

My doughter of class-12 going through classroom study at Jorhat Aakash centre Assam. Recently Chemistry teacher changed. But the teacher is hopeless. Instead of giving concept he confuses some of the issues. The particular faculty even didnot solve their problems rather try to skip the things. Repeated complaints was put forward to the Manager. No time for experiment.We all parents take it seriously. Pl speed up the things and help us for better future of our children.

My son Ayush Singh had appeared in anthe Junior. He availed 25 % of Scholar ship in Engineering stream for class X. On 11th of Jan 2017, I received a call from Aakash institute, Gwalior to submit Rs 5750 /-, stating that last date of submission of fee. I immediately rushed to institute and paid Rs 5750/- through card swipe. Same day amount was deducted from my account. I was not told anything about the no refund of money at that time from Institute authority. My son has not attended any class in institute due to my transfer to such a remote area where such good facility is not available from your institute. I approached Mr Bharti, Aakash
institute, Gwalior since last four months for refund. Further I request you, either you provide your branch institute for my ward to avail such good Aakash facility even near 50 Km perimeter of my posting or refund the money as soon as possible. All the relevant documents related to my transfer was submitted to Mr Yashpal Bharati, Assitant branch manager, Aaksh Institue Gwalior .Mr Bharti does not have clear vision to satisfy the the customer as holding important post in a recognized Institute. Please do the needful other wise I will be forced to intimate my department and further Defence Minister Head office, New Delhi to take appropriate action for justifying the matter of his soldier. Further it will affect the image of your Institute as many of students of this department are studying in your branch . At last I will be forced to go to consumer court if my hard money would not be refunded..

This is to inform you that my sister whose name is adrita ray choudhury has enrolled herself for 2 year iit integrated course and one of your counselor whose name is deepali advise that a fresh batch is going to start from 13.5.2017. After a week she calls back and advise my sister that she should start the classes with first batch which was already started from 16.4.2017. Now already she is lagging behind 4 weeks and she is actually in loss.
Kindly please look into the issue and please revert it back as soon as possible or else will moving to consumer court for further process
