This is to inform you that my sister whose name is adrita ray choudhury has enrolled herself for 2 year iit integrated course and one of your counselor whose name is deepali advise that a fresh batch is going to start from 13.5.2017. After a week she calls back and advise my sister that she should start the classes with first batch which was already started from 16.4.2017. Now already she is lagging behind 4 weeks and she is actually in loss.
Kindly please look into the issue and please revert it back as soon as possible or else will moving to consumer court for further process

Dear sir my son anmolpreet singh had appeared in anthe senior. He scored rank 3387 for medical stream class xi. On 10th of dec 2016, i received a call from aakash institute jalandhar to submit rs 11500 saying that last date. I immediately rushed to institute and gave a cheque of rs 11500 and same was deducted from my account. I was not told anything about the non refund of money. My son has not attended any class in institute. I approached institute on 20/04/2017 for refund. I want my money back. I will be forced to move to consumers court if my hard money not refunded..

I call in aakash institute south extention new delhi regarding seating arrangement in class for medical stream executive reply there is 45 student seating arrangement in every class but it is not true because my son is studying there and in his class room student strength is 60.
i want to know from managing director of aakash institute what is the qualification of teacher or tutor of medical stream and how it manage the 60 student in class because parent spent heavy amount for preparing medical entrance examination test.
could we say it is cheating from student or their parent or student future

I got my sister enrolled to aakash institute janakpuri branch in december 2016 for two year medical entrance coaching. The classes started on 26 march 2017. The teacher quality is too poor and the class strength is too much (I. E. 75-80). Physics teacher is worst. They are wasting too much time of the student due to poor quality of teaching. Due to excess number of students in the class they don't properly clear the doubts of the student...

An aakash brank has recently opened in hubli karnataka where i have for admission and we were called for an orientation programme, we attended it and there the physics teacher explained is about the institute, and his language was pretty worse he could not even talk properly in english how can such a professor teach iit level??? Plz solve this problem

I study in Aakash Bhopal and I wanted to change my batch I gave an application to the hod he sanctioned it but non teaching staff ( receptionist)richa Pandey.refused to change my batch also the branch manager.infact he said I had already changed my batch once so I cant change it.which is against the policy of Aakash.the manager and non teaching staff are very ill tempered and always when we ask something they shout on us.They treat us as if they have given us the money to study in their institute.

We went to Balaji tower, south Kolkata aakash center for admission of my brother, an ACST scholarship holder, in 2 yr medical course today (25.03.17). The administrative personnel there behaved very badly.They insulted my father. I haven't​ seen such worse behavior​ anywhere. They are the most irresponsible person I have ever seen. I know my words will not make much difference but it is worth to mention such horrible experience in the hope that higher authority of aakash will take proper action against it.

With reference to the above cited subject, my daughter named Megha Patil from Bidar, Karnataka admitted in your Aakash institution kokatpally branch Hyderabad on 19/09/2016 vide Roll No.[protected] & paid Rs.51, 980 with receipt No.053/RCC/E20163873.
And Second installment of Rs.23, 000 was paid on 09/11/2016.vide receipt No.431448.
Hence Total Fees Paid= Rs.74, 980

Fortunately, in the last round of karnataka cet 2016, she got BAMS Govt. seat in Bellary & got admitted on 28/11/2016.
Now since she has not completed her full course in aakash and attended only two months, we have applied for refund of fees in the month of December 2016 and submitted order copy of Medical seat with necessary documents and bank account number.
We have not been getting proper response from aakash kokatpalli branch since two months.
So..we request you to refund the fees as early as possible and do the needful.

I m in aakash ranchi( 12th passed )regular medical batch. All the students including me are facing problem in physics.We have been provided the worst faculty.Moreover on being complained to non-teaching faculty no one listens added that the non-teaching faculty are very rude, they never listen only what they want is money.But when it comes to subject matter they don't even care.We have been given only a single faculty in phy, chem, bot, zoo i.e. a single teacher has taught the whole physics 11th and 12th same in chem and rest of the subjects.One more thingspacakage is not been provided on time.

I secured pre-admission to my son s. kishore kumar in xi regular class (medical-neet coaching) for 2017-18 batch (which is yet to be started in july 2017) in aakash institute, ambattur branch, chennai and paid an amount of rs.11, 500/- (eleven thousand and five hundred only) through my sbi cheque dated 04.12.2016 and the same was debited from my sbi account on 19.12.2016.

At present, i would like to cancel it for the following reasons:

As i am working in ministry of defence in the rank of gazetted officer and due to my nature of job i have been transferred to other place. it is to inform that, without knowing about any notification about my shifting, i have enrolled my son for class xi regular class for medical - neet coaching[protected]. but unfortunately, due to shifting of this circumstance, my son could not join the course in the aakash institute, ambattur branch, chennai.

In this regard, i contacted the branch manager of aakash institute, ambattur branch, chennai and explained in detail about my issues and requested to refund my registration fees of rs.11, 500/-. where as they have informed that it is not possible to refund the registration fee.

Hence, i request your goodself to consider my case on humanity grounds and initiate necessary measures against the aakash institute to direct the concerned authorities to refund the registration fees paid of rs.11, 500/- expeditiously.

It would be a great favor for me. i shall be very much thankful for your kind intervention.

The Aakash Institute at Indiranagar 777E, 100 feet Road, Opp to New Horizon School, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bangalore-560008 for Foundation 8th & 9th Class Room they charged Rs.63, 000/- to 1, 15, 000/-, whereas no proper infrastructure, the students are in uncomfort situations, each class Room more than 42 to 45 students are sitting in congested, the faculty of Maths is worst, no one score above 70%, here the Aakash management shows they only money minded and for Education Scam.
And also if some thing goes wrong like any fire or something happens to students they only responsible because there is no any permission from the respected agencies.

No one takes seriously about students problems..

I had joined my kid in Aakash SR Nagar branch last year for clas 8 Foundation level with an expectation of strengthening him for olympiads and other competitive exams. The first challenging exam which came up was ANTHE this year. As my son has always been a brilliant performer we had high hopes on his performance. But we were shocked to see that he got a very low rank contrary to our expectations. On further investigation we saw that overall the branch couldnt produce even a single good rank.
1.On a personal discussion with the branch manager we were told that they dont have a faculty for Mental Aptitude so they have been neglecting the subject altogether.This was a shock for us as to how they have played with our kids academics with such a callous attitude. There is an utter lack of planning from the side of Management of this branch.

2. I have attached the performance sheet of this branch which proves their lousy results of ANTHE. The existing students of Aakash SR Nagar couldnt secure a single good rank which proves the dismal failure of the branch.
3. During the discussion the management made a statement that they dont get enough time in the coaching class so students should skip their school for a week and come to Aakash for studying. This is a very immature and stupid statement not expected from an institution of repute like Aakash.
4. They gave a certificate of participation to the children who were selected for a discount. The certificate neither mentioned any rank nor any achievement in terms of the % discount hence is of no use to us.
5.When asked for the results of the branch, the manager didnt have any statistics ready. He had called the parents without any data ready in hands, and made us wait for hours together, severe lack of smartness.
6. In general the administration of the branch and conduct of affairs has been very shabby.There is no proper communication from the branch about tests, once even the results were sent incorrect, when complained they again generated and resent them.
Overall there is severe unprofessionalism being depicted by the SR Nagar Branch. Request you to take corrective actions IMMEDIATELY or it wont take time before AAkash completely loses its credibility and gets a scarred image as just another money churning institute.

I went to change my building. For that i wrote an application and i get autenticated from madam and she told me to deposit Rs.500 in cash counter also to visit Mr. Monu sir. I waited for an hour to visit Monu sir because he had gone to take his launch. After 4 o'clock i get chance to visit monu. But he told me that we don't change building from which i am currently studying. He showed me a very rude behaviour. For that i got angry. Mera toh man kar raha tha ki saale ko kan ke niche lagane ko, par kya kar sakte hain aakhir mein ek student hi toh hun. Par esah nahin hona chahiye building change karne ke liye, woh saala bahat ghumata hai, jan muchke problem karta hai.

Sir i am studying in pitampura medical wing as medical regular 1 year programme as firstly i take admission in your coaching your reception tell me that your coaching will open 7:30 in morning for students as students can come aNd do self study but from some days coaching will open at only 9:00 am not earlier than this as we can comesome time earlier because our bus timing is this and coaching is not opened so our time wastes and we have to wait for half an hour outside the coaching

Dear Sir,
My son is studying at Indira Nagar Branch, Today(22/10/16) I was called for PTM at the institute in old building that is above the Apollo clinic.I have parked my scooter in front of the Institute as there is no designated Parking slot for Aakash.
Incidentally, my scooter was picked by the Traffic police. Sir, I approached the Aakash desk in-charge, she directed me to branch head in other building. When i approached branch head, he very rudely told me parking is not my responsibility, my responsibility is within the wall of institute.

May i know, whose responsibility is it to take care of parking concerns of the parents visiting aakash.

I, shreya chakladar, had submitted my application at aakash barrackpore centre on 20.09.2016 for dlp (Cjp+) and from barrackpore centre the same was sent to aakash delhi centre through courier on 22.09.2016, as informed by them. My provisional receipt number is 138706.
Today morning i had contacted aakash delhi centre to know the status of my application and got information that they are yet to receive my application.
Already 15 days are over and by this time i should have received my study materials. If this is the type of services of aakash institute, then i have to say that aakash management is at all not sincere to their responsibilities.

I have directed by priyanka madam to sent copy of marksheet in th n/o my son Subhadeep Khawas for geting scholarship 30 % as he has secured 100% in mathematics of class 10 exam. . I have sent the copy of marksheet on 23.9.2016 and several times contacted to akash institute through phone no-[protected] but no any response received till now.my mob no-[protected], [protected].waiting for your reply. my gmail adress is [protected]@gmail.com

I took my admission in Aakash Kanpur Phoolbagh in RM02 with fees of 85000 without the knowledge that scholarship test is also conducted we were not told about it while other students in my batch gave this test & were given considerable discount my complaint is when I am eligible why l wasn't told about this test Please conduct my test for discount.

I'm a student of Aakash Institute of Maninagar branch. I was caught using mobile phone by a faculty and he took my phone from me. As I requested to the Branch Manager he told me to give me back my phone at Monday, now today's monday and the faculty that took my phone from me is refusing to give me my phone untill next week. That's my phone and he can't have my phone, If I don't get my phone in 12 hours, I'll file a theft complaint against that Faculty.
