I paid an amount of Rs.19719 online on 04.12.2014 for DLP for my son for Two Years Comprehensive Joint Package Plus (CJP +) for JEE (Main & Advanced) - 2016. The amount was deducted from my account vide taxation No.[protected] but the Aakas.h site showed a failed transaction. Till date I did not hear anything from them nor my above mentioned amount was refunded Either my amount may be refunded or some information may be provided whether the course material will be sent to me or not. Dear Sir, Even after our repeated follow up regarding the problem faced by our ward Ranjini Laskar while Trying to Down load her Admit Card for the coming AIATS test scheduled on 26th nothing has been sorted out as yet & your Portal is always showing 'Invalid Credential' with the User IDs & Passwords provided by you. Since Ranjini has successfuly appeared for the Online Test(dt, 5th Oct) with the Same User ID/Password-It seems that Her Admit Card have not been Uploaded from your end properly. Your office as well as Local Aakash Centre is also closed as understood today due to ongoing Dewali. Tomorrow(25th Oct, Saturday) being the Last day for Getting this Admit Card-We request an prompt and sincere action at your end so as my Daughter can obtain her Admit Card Positively by tomorrow without any further harassment and Delay. It is also apparent that Aakash Institute would also arrange for some Provisional arrangement/Permission in case they can not upload the Admit Card on time-due to any technical problem. This is Ms Imon Mitra, interested in Aakash's DLP AIATS mock test programme. As per your instructions, I have submitted the fees for the above on 10th September 2014 through Axis Bank BNA machine and has got the receipt with the bank seal. But when I went to the Kolkata Deshapriya Park Branch, they were not ready to accept the receipt and are not ready to take the receipt as valid document though the receipt clearly shows the date and time of deposit, account number and transaction number. The money has been credited to Aakash account as I verified from the bank, but Aakash Institute has not acknowledged about it even. I have also been harrassed for the reason so I had to rush back to the bank and they said that no other receipt is possible for such BNA transfer and the receipt which I enclosed here is the clear proof and no other document from the bank is needed . It seems that my money is taken by Aakash Institute but the service for which I paid is not received and in spite of full payment, my enrolment is incomplete. The bank receipt is hereby enclosed. Hi, My brother enquired at AKASH SAHARANPUR, UP for the PMT preperation and had submitted 11k as the registration amount after some scholarship discount .But unfortunately the very next day my father got severly sick so we had to drop the idea of mbbs and I asked him to notify at the institute that he will not be joining.He went the next day and till then neither he had taken any study material nor he had attended any classes and when asked for the refund of some.portion of the registration amount, he was refused. Then they made me talk to a senior guy named VMVM who agreed with me that a refund should be given asked me to give him a months time to process the request anand agaftafter chasing for 1 month the final reply I have got is that it cant be refunded. My question here is to AKASH and its pathetic policies where a person who could not join after submitting registration amount due to some unavoidable circumstances cant even expect a part o the amount as a refund. After this experience with AKASH I am gonna make sure that no on in my circle atleast goes for your institute where money of the student is not at all valued and is charged without taking the services. I know even after this complaint nothing will be done because so far I have realized that AKASH is run by bunch of hopeless people who are running it on student's money without giving services.

I had ordered for an Aakash i-tutor (Medical) for my daughter Sophia Khirani studying in class 11th on 20.06.2014. I paid the whole 2 year program fees in advance and was assured that the i-tutor would reach me within 15 days. However, inspite of repeated calls, I got the same on 11.07.2014. On receipt of the same, I found that the tablet is asking for user id and password. I personally went to the local office and they asked me to contact the Delhi office. I have contacted the Delhi office at least 7 to 8 times till then. Every time, I was told that the technical department would call back. Till date no response has been received for my complaint and the problem has not been solved. This is shocking for an institute like Aakash on which I trusted and paid the whole two year course fee in advance.

I was issued a cheque of 750 rupees againest security deposit of library at agra centre where my son praveen kumar padhy was taking coaching from 2012-13 & 2013-14.cheque no was 829734 and dt of issue was 09 Apr 2014.Cheque was issued on my name Pratap kumar pandey in stead of Pratap kumar padhy.Same was submitted at agra centre with application to issue a fresh cheque after correction of surname from pandey to padhy in the month of Apr.3 month passed cheque is not issued.

My son Malay Shekhar had taken admission in your Aakash Institute, Kapoorthala Bagh Branch, Lucknow vide Registration Number 104/2013/ER01312/000650 for 2 year JEE 2015 and we had paid the full course fee through Advance Post Dated Cheques as directed by the Institute in 6 EMI. Malay attended the course for the full first year but could not continue it in the second year due to unavoidable circumstances. He did not attended the class in the second year since beginning and informed the Institute over phone. As we were away from the town, we contacted the Institute in the first week of May 2014 and requested to refund the remaining course fee. We were refunded only 2 Post dated Cheques by the Institute instead of three cheques and one Cheque was not refunded to us on the ground that it has already been en cashed. My point is, when the student did not attended the course in the second year, the full unused amount of remaining one more cheque No 431257 Dt 04/04/2014 for Rs 16067/= should also be refunded by the Institute.
In our view, Aakash Institute maintains a respectable standing and should honor my request and refund the unutilized amount of one more cheque.

My daughter savi was admitted in Panipat Branch of Aakash Institute in 2012-14 batch. After completion of one year my daughter was not interested in your institute. Than on dated 02.04.2014 my self give in written to your Panipat branch that my daughter is not interested for 2013-14 and you are requested to please give me the post dated cheque return from 01.04.2014 onwards. I have taken Distance Learning Programme from Aakash institute and found the study material quite useful, so i joined crash course for aipmt 2014 at BATHINDA branch. i was told that no. of students per batch would be approx. 45 but within 2 days i realised that all the promises were fake as the students in my batch were more than 80 which made me difficult to understand the concepts due to overcrowding. After two days of commencement of course, my dad inquired about the batch size and he was shown a record of only 45 -50 students per batch but it was false information that was being provided by management . At the time of admission it was told that all the doubts will be cleared and later they told that doubt clearing is not the part of crash course. I found the course a waste of time because all the promises were fake and left it at fourth day. I suffered a huge lose of money as the fee was non refundable about which i was told later. Suitable action must be taken against Bathinda branch, so as to maintain the repo of institute and for goodwill for other students as well. Your Nagpur branch director,Receptionist,councillors etc.are very shameless,Rude,Irresponsible and what not.After a repeated complaints regarding Education(Faculties),Food ,Accomodation in hostel.We jointly (approx.100 parents) made a complaint in detail personally,Via E-mail,Telephonic etc.But your Nagpur branch persons are not turning up.Students are Hospitalized due to poor quality of Food/Accomodation Now stage is very dangerous,All the parents are interested in prosecuting the matter as well cspreading through Media.Every individual have large no.of contact list.If the matter goes like that it will be difficult for you and your reputation.Hope you understand

I would like to draw everybody's attention to the fact that, Aakash Institute is and in all probabilities, always was an Institute which is absolutely money minded. The MD of the company just thinks about money and favoritism. Nobody in the institute gets his/her dues, be it a teacher or a student. Students are robbed of the education they should get after paying such a hefty amount as fee. Moreover they fire their faculties without any notice at all, and simply terminate them by forcing them to sign letters by non ethical means, leaving the teachers with absolutely no choice. A teacher having spent a considerable amount of time giving his/her time and efforts is not even given an experience certificate, which in the end means that the person was without a job during that time.

I would hereby suggest all aspiring teachers, never opt to be a faculty in Aakash institute, as the work culture is absolutely pathetic there, and for students, i hope this mails comes out as an eye opener, being an insider i would say all you students are wasting your money here. They teach you only what has been decided, and more often then not your questions will remain unanswered.

My daughter Madhurima Barpanda bearing the Registration No-105/2011/MR01110/003112& Roll No-90633 is a regular student of Aakash institute, Bhubaneswar for Regular course of CBSE, PMT, Odisha JEE & AIMS-2012. As I am Lecturer I have furnished all the documents regarding my service to the centre in-charge. I have also paid the total amount of Rs/-67,649 regarding its fee. The Centre in charge of Aakash institute repeatedly told me that the 10% of teacher's ward scholarship will be sent to you before 15th January -2012 in the form of a cheque. But I have not yet received the scholarship. This is for your information & necessary action.

The GURGAON branch of AAKASH institute is the worst i have ever seen.This branch is full o[censored]tter nonsense people especially the receptionists who are just so damn rude to the students and parents if they come to complain.ILL MANNERED,RUDE AND UNCIVILISED PEOPLE.
Fake promises and politeness when u come to join it and once you have joined nobody even listens to your problems.They cheat the students and their families by telling them...
