My son Jasir Jafar Ali registered on 4th of September for foundation Grade 9 and 10 hasnt started his classes till date as per Saudi timings which should be evening batch.
The counsellor was Aman Mishra .
Iam emailing third time and have wasted several dollars calling on helpline.
Nothing has been resolved so far.
I have raised this issue with the following ticket numbers

Also through email the complaints Ticket Number 00665715 & Subject Ticket number 0064204 have not been resolved.
How can such big organisation be ignoring a customer even though the paymant was done 12 days earlier.

My son is a student in AAKASH MYSORE KUVEMPUNAGAR, i dont want to share his name for smooth reasons, i just want to address some serious service related issues facing in the center, as iam paying huge money i also prefer huge response & service, iam not complaining about the staff, iam complaining about the office boy who is so arrogant, stupid & attitude level is out of control, he does not behave like a office boy, he acts as if he is the boss of the center, i personelly enquired about him & found that his name is Mr.Ramesh i dont know he is employee of aakash or outsourced employee, i dont like his attitude level he should behave as a office boy not as boss.I tried to contact the branch manager but staff said there is no branch manager at present.Hope this is adressed on high priority or you may face the consequences in future.

Shubham Chopra [protected] and Chandan Halder [protected] both byju's marketing executive come my home personally for my daughter harshita kasana JEE mains course admission after scholarship test givyby daughter they committed amount of ₹ 81500 including all discounts they also mail me and WhatsApp fee structure which I enclose you regarding this and I do payment of ₹12 000 online as an registration fees after they directed me to deposit...

I will never forget what they had done with me and other 4 candidates regarding offer letter. On 2.5.22 i gave interview at Indiranagar Branch Bangalore, on 5th may Tanisha told that i have been shortlisted vo bi tab when i called by myself vo bi many times isse phele she was not picking cal easily, then on 6th may i submited all documnts thn on 11 may everthng were confirmed joining date 16, 23&26 may so i choosed 26 may thn i made programe...

I took admission in Aakash Institute on[protected] for Neet repeaters coaching at Ravipuram Branch. Institute arranged me a hostel and promised me bed and other facilities. I was told that I will have to share a room with max 4 persons. I went there and I was asked to wait till warden was back. After waiting for hours, when she was finally back, she gave a tour of the hostel and convinced me there were no beds available and asked me to sleep on floor. Not just that, she was rude all along and didn't answer any of my queries.
Unfortunately my phone got damaged. My mother tried to connect through many times but the warden hung up in the middle of nowhere. I rang my mother using cook's phone and told her I wasn't given a bed yet. So she contacted Aakash institute sales personals. Later the warden said I wasn't allowed to make phone calls from cook's or friends' phone. There was no landline for hostellers. My mother couldn't contact me and she continuously called the warden. She called the police control room and said how she couldn't get any news of me. The police contacted the warden. Then the warden started saying mean things to me who wasn't aware of any of these developments. She tortured me and said, "I want you out of my hostel, you should have at least thought that you are going to have to stay here for the rest of the year." After some time police reached and tried to analyze the situation. The whole hostel teamed up against me and tried to frame me. That must be sufficient to proove how other kids are scared of the warden. My mother took a taxi at night time and took me back home and on my way back we lodged a complaint against the hostel warden.
When we first reached out to Aakash Institute, the sales professionals were sweet and lovely. But when my mother connected them for assistance in the hostel drama, they didn't respond to her calls many times. When we called them to complaint they sided with the hostel warden. Today morning, when my mother contacted the saleswonmen, she refused to share the contact details of authorities concerned. She said, "Parents can't be provided with contact details of heads of Aakash Institute". What? We paid these heads money. We do business with them and not these sales professionals. Finally after long speeches, she whatsapp me a number. They are only sweet and helpful before admission. After realizing money, they are sweet but not helpful. They make a fool o[censored]s by making us repeat the whole story. Bad memory.
We had to go through all these hassles because of the inability of authorities to keep check on the employees providing person to person services. We had to face financial, physical and emotional difficulties during this incident. I want taxi fare of Rs.2000 from the responsible and also to initiate procedures against the sales personals to deter such tendencies in the future.

Sir we are students of aakash institute Rohtak batch FS 03.We have given test of ch 1 and 2 in fts (5 August) and they are asking another test of same chapters for reshuffling on (28 August)and we another test just 1 days(30 August)after but they are completing the chapters now as they gave August month almost of holiday.We have no problem in giving test but they are just hurrying.I think you will solve the issue as soon as possible.

I took admission in the year 2021 for 2 years course, 2021-22 for neet as well as regular classes of class 12, it's been almost 1 and half year since I joined aakash institute but did not get the bag which I am supposed to get, here in Siliguri, t shirt and umbrella are may be not provided to the students but bag is given, which I didn't get.

An expert chemistry faculty and Assistant director of phoolbagh Kanpur UP ( Center code is cc 084 ) branch of Aakash institute Asheesh Singh sir (FC01542) has recently got transferred to some other branch all of a sudden when we all need him the most. These months are too crucial to lose such an outstanding faculty that we have. This would definitely have an adverse effect on the entire branch since he was the core of the branch. At least...

I have submitted withdrawal application on 05 Aug in respect of my daughter
admission name- shreya singh, class XI, descr1012rcc-a2208382, psid-
7324441. Initially my refund application was not accepting by branch
stating that your admission taken by byju and byju representative who
initiated my admission stating that refund will be processed by akash
institute branch. After 2hours request with branch and byju representative,
my refund application acepted by branch. I have not received refund even
after 10 days of lapse. Today I once agin visited to branch Chandigarh, he
told that zero amount showing in system.we will not refund till amount
reflected in the system. Then I met with BM. Initially he also told that
your admission done by byju representative and he is responsible for
processing the case for refund. I told him that I was visited to your
branch on 31 July around 1300pm where Mr ashutosh met me and discussed on
admission process. He told me that due to heavy rush due to Sunday, pls
visit again after 1700pm and I will brief you total details. I expressed
unwilling to come at 1700hrs then he told me that I will visit at your home
after 1700hrs. He come at 2000 hrs and I have paid full amount for two year
course for non medical. After dissatisfaction of service, I have submitted
refund application on 05 Aug. I could not understand that byju and akash is
one institute for admission but on refund, both are different. If it is
true then I have been cheated and a case of fraudulent. Pls look into the
matter honestly else I have no option to register a FIR for fraudulent case
and move to consume court. I need urgent refund. Request to inform me
urgently.

The watchman of Aakash Institute, Andheri was literally so rude. Apparently there is a different exit for students and today it was raining pretty heavily and nobody had told me that i had to use the difference exit so i went my usual way which is the entry of the mail building, and as i went down the watchman stopped me and yelled at me to go back up and use the different stairway to exit. Since i'm a new student i'm not really familiar...

The worst institute for any 10th class student. They are least bothered about taking curriculum of icse and not bothered about how students will fare in the 10th board exams. They only guide on ntse and aits. That's all they do in their classes.

THEY CAN'T TEACH THE SYALLABUS OF 10th and THEY TALK ABOUT NEET AND CET !!

Please do not fall for this racket. They charge a humongous amount, their 10th std fees is around 90k and 11th and 12th is around 2.5 lacs!

When we enrolled our ward, there were all false promises that the entire syllabus would be completed by September and post that there will be frequent test. The schools are at a rapid pace and the faculty here is going at a pace slower than a snail. Imagine the plight of a 10th std child get conned by such a bogus institute. The counselors there are proper sales managers and are only to give parents false hopes. The teachers do not even bother to find out the concerns of the students .

Many of our child's friends had enrolled for other classes like Allen's and Nayaks and we found out that they are going by the syllabus of each board and covering the portion along with weekly test .

Here the management didn't even bother to check on social studies as a subject and post the so called "gherao" by the parents they started some time back.

Even a normal tuition classes will have better faculty than these so called smooth talking thugs.

I guess post the take over of Aakash coaching classes by Byjus, it has become a complete money making racket. Seriously I wonder is it by conning and robbing the working class, made them the unicorn!

Shameful and embarrassing and request every parent especially in manpada branch to protest against this injustice and rip off by this institute.

My child is now learning on her own as she's so disillusioned and disappointed by these institutes. I am surely going to file a complaint against the management of Aakash, especially the Manpada branch for the defiency of services !

In earlier days, teachers were gurus who used to mentor and teach, now with institutes like Aakash, counselors and teachers have become business people.

Avoid Aakash at any cost of you real value your child's future. There are many tutorials which maybe smaller in size and much cheaper, but who value the system of education.

Byjus and Aakash are just names which have spent a lot on media to fool innocent people like us . shame on them!!

I wonder how students of icse and cbse 10th class are coping up in this institute.

I will urge everyone like me to apply for a refund and also claim damages for diefiencies in services

On 08 Aug at around 0630 pm after getting convinced all our requirement will be fulfilled through DLP package payment made with in 24-48 hours post payment online credentials to be sent through mail but as promised by Ms Neha Sharma not even done till Thursday and i had called and mailed several times but no positive response received then on 12 after my 13 consecutive call the DLP team [protected] in this contact on phone share online credentials though they informed that was already shared through mail but it was not ..just only I'd. After resetting password I am not able to access any online study material, packages or test packages even on fri day I lodged complaint and service team rep Mr Jitendra was there but not succeeded...then today since morning 10 am I am just behind DLP team but not yet resolved my issue and my study material should be reached by 16 Aug ( as promised by Neha ma'am, as per her 8 days it supposed to be delivered but till now i.e. today 13 aug 0130 pm that not even ready for despatch...so it's totally cheating till now i had called more than 60 times for each requirement which should reach us through mail automatically, DLP team not even co-operate my matter just disconnect my call, even the responsible manager too. Now at this juncture it is felt that I ma totally cheated ...when before payment call being done from DLP team 9-10 times in a single day but after payment they didn't even bother about basic discipline.pls do needful. Sir, i am ashvin a 12th passed dropper student . I applied in akash for dropper repeator batch but they provide me different batch which is use less for me . I contact to helpline, technical team, mentor every where but not took any action . I joined by 1 month and till now no any seriously sttend class . Totally disturbed . Help me out . Please

With due respect I would like to inform you that dear sir and mam I have taken admission on 23rd of may on aaksh institute and they toked 15000 cash and after that they didn't informed me that my class are strated I called many were but no one told me that class has started and then I went siliguri and I did class for only one day and they there teaching and providing knowledge I didn't like and after a long journey I also get sick so then I called the vary person who came in my house and I said that i want to cancel he said no u can't but before admission he said u can i[censored] didn't want and then again I called many were they said send a mail send a application and then i send but then Also they are saying give me 18000 rs this that dear sir and mam i am from a middle class family please give me cancellation approval please it's my humble request to you

Till after 1 month after admission and many several classes we didn't get our t-shirts and even bags and when you ask them about it then they will say we didn't provided by the t-shirt and even a bag by the management in Aakash Institute Bihar, Patna centre and this behavior is ridiculous 🙄 because we have paid for that amenities and resources so called "Student study kit charge" to be provided to us.So it's their fault if they're not providing us with the resources and kindly some actions should be taken because they are fooling us for our resources after taking money for that t-shirts and bags from us.😠

In this year, new batch of April and May for regular medical courses has not given bag and t-shirts yet. When we ask about this, they refused us to told that comes next month repeated this word but no body take responsibility for this. Our request please take any action on this irresponsibility as soon as possible.
