I approached Besant Tech for Java and Selenium course in Oct 2023, from the sales team name ‘Bhuvana’ attended me and explained the details. I opted for weekend online 2pm IST batch classes start from Oct 21st 2023 filled the form accordingly and submitted. I joined as a trainer in Besant technologies for software testing, the assigned one student to take manual testing course, I completed the course now the management was not giving my payment, when i make a call, the people are not responding....

I have joined the course in the month of February because one of the sales executive Anandhi from Bangalore Besant Technology assure that they'll provide 100 % placement after course completion. Now they don't even bother to talk. I request to all of the student those who reading this, please consider other trainings institute not Besant Technologies and i request to the consumer complaint team please take strict action against these people...

I took class for python in besant technology. They promised a salary of 10k per person and totally 4 were there so 40k. Python+data science course 6 months. After the course completion they delayed my payment for 4 monthas and after complaining to branch head they gave me only 19k saying one student left at the end without giving money and this is all we can give. There was no proper information on training, classes, trainer. After severe and many followups i completed my course and now when i am asking abou certificate then they are saying they will not provide any certificate

Fraud people. They took fees for online c, c++ class around 2 months back and said the class will immediately start, this didn't happen. When try to connect with their co-ordinator, or manager, they never replied. I asked for class link but not shared. Very frustrating. Loss of 12, 000rs and loss of time...

First they have started classes with the trainer Nagesh but he has left with in a week and then the assigned nee person Venkataraman and he was unable to start the training session and almost two months passed. I paid 25000 to Besant training institute in Chennai for Azure cloud learning, after seeing good commitments on their website in mid-October 2021. Since then they have changed 2 trainers and the level of training is completely pathetic. When I am dissatisfied with the trainer, they simply allocate another trainer who is equally worse. I have not learned anything at all. I have informed them about my grievances but I don't get any response...

This is to bring to notice of the general public that besant technologies based out of chennai having another institution by name of training in tambaram have given all false information on their website.

They claim to provide jobs in mncs and also say that their trainers are windows certified digital marketing professionals. There is nothing like windows certified.

They have also put up multiple fake reviews...

Besant is a big time fraud institute. I have done QTP coUrse there. Intially They promised for practical and placementS but finally they didnt do anythg. training and knowledge transfered is too worst we can get better knowkedge if We study in internet instead going into the class. Their certificate is Not at all worth they wont provide on Proper time also. WOrst infrastructure worst trainers.plz don do any testing course there....

We are 4 students joined in Besant Technologies for DATASTAGING training,but we r still didn't complete the course.Because Trainer is not tere for taking class and very worst training center in velacherry.In strating they said like the trainer from CAPEGEMINI taking class for 3hrs/day but still didn't show him to us.Even they didn't give any Receipt for our paid.so we getting doubtfull and informed to our parents and friends...

Besant technologies training institutes are fraud one training institute.I studied oracle course there.But Still I didn't get one interview.Don't go there,They're cheated institutes.......

Then I said will take one demo class and I will pay the fees, but she insisted me to pay fees, it doesn’t work like this for them, and she sent recorded video for my reference. I said ok I will do the payment on 21st, she said no if you pay now I will generate the course credentials.
I did trust her and the institution, I paid the fees. Next day morning “Manikandan” other guy calls me and say we don’t have 2pm weekend batch only weekday it is available. But i cant take weekday classes.

Now its been more than month, I need my amount to be refunded, I called multiple times to the customer care of the institution they say they will call me back but no one come back. I escalated to management but they are also least bothered. They are completely ignoring my case. Its the 15000/- i paid.

My Question is why she has to lie me that the class is going to start from Oct 21st 2023 and took fees from me. They are not running transparent business. Cheating people. They say they cant refund my money.

Training was very worst...in there website they are giving fake reviews and my next course didn't started yet for the past one month I'm repeatedly asking and no-one is responding they are showing very rude behaviour

I had paid full fees for AI course on April 30th, initially it was mentioned by besant technologies that training batch will start from may 1st, it is almost been two weeks and none of them is responding properly in assign me to the correct training batch

Really worst experience with velachery call center persons. Once I registered my number for the enquiry in the website they called me, while asking the details they were verbally harassed me. Is this way to treat the students??? Really worries if I didn't get the justice for this, I'll file the legal case against this institution center.

Below payment was done for Linux AWS and the batch was supposed to start at 9am (Spoke with Jesi). However, after payment, I was added to the group of 8am and class already started for AWS. Then after discussion with Ponraj, he removed me from the group and added me to 8am batch of Linux on 21-March which had classes started from 13-March.

I require refund my money as the service by Besant is very poor.
