I am receiving unwanted Bulk SMS messages & calls from Akash Institute regularly. I have talked to their persons telephonically many times but the same has not been stopped yet. You are requested to deregister/unsubscribe my phone No. [protected] for SMS & calls. This will hinder me to get legal help in this regard....

I am adv. Ratan Goyal my daughter Avani goyal was enrolled in Aakash foundation course[protected] and engineering course[protected]in Pune pcmc branch. I have applied for foundation course security refund 2000/- in the month of Feb yet I didn't receive it. Also, I canceled my admission in June 2022 due to academic dissatisfaction I have applied for security refund for eng course also 5000/- in the month of June even after contacting the branch and Delhi head office multiple times no action has been taken yet. I request you to please look into the matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I Srishti Rawat was a student of AAKASH INSTITUTE, KASHIPUR, UTTARAKHAND under the engineering branch for 2 years i.e. 11th and 12th class. I was enrolled in the program : TY-First Step Course for JEE (Main and Advanced)-Before class X Board Result. My roll no was[protected]. I received a call from this company telling me that they offer Tableau course and I have to pay Rs 17698.82. Only after paying I realised that this is a scam I saw several posts mentioning the same amount about a fake tableau course.

Faculty don't come time to class room, don't follow timetable.
In staff members don't send details time to time like Timetable, questions paper Etc.

In Fairlands branch, they didn't give anything like bag, t-shirts, id-card for Regular Medical students. When we ask them, they say that is only for long term course (One year - Medical, Two year - Medical) but Regular Medical is also a long term course then why they are not distribute (above-mentioned things). So kindly request you to take any immediate action for this complaint . Thank you

We have purchased the aakash byjus neet course online for class 11 and 12 the amount we paid was 90000 on 23rd april as the aakash sales executive said that the classes ( the fresh batches are going to start from 1st april or frst week of april) and the classes will be conducted from aakash delhi office and will purely be conducted by aakash . when we received the product ( byjus tablet) he said that classes are gonna start after the board exams which were scheduled from 27 april to 24 may, 2022. and he gave us a number of byjus mentor and when we asked both the sales executive and the mentor for the demo they both denied. we asked the mentor that you are not providing us demo and the 15 days trial period will end so we are returning the package as the classes are supposed to start from april first week so he said ma'am you will be given 15 days from the day classes will start .
and from 6 june, 2022 the aakash byjus classes started from day1. there were lot of technical glitches and the teachers were not that were promised, and no weekly tests are conducted and clearly there is deficiency of services, there is no response and help from the byjus team and mentor, and due to which the student demotivated and loses hope and they behaves rude with the student . this is clearly a matter how they cheated us by saying that when the classes will start they will provide refund but there is no respond from the team regarding refund we are calling in a daily basis but no response and only rude behaviour . please registed my complaint and help me get my refund the clearly cheated us

My son got enrolled in Aakash online JEE in Feb 2022. He was assigned 11std classes in February and in March they mailed saying the 12th std classes will resume in few days to weeks. We kept calling, checking our mails and my son in his log-in, no intimation of such was given. They in fact frustratingly told that when the class starts, they will inform. So we stop calling for a while and on May 8th, we called and they said the batch started from April 25th and the recorded videos will be available soon, your son needs to catch up. The recorded videos were also not available due to technical glitch they said and it would be rectified soon. I said "My son is already on Byju's and since the recorded videos and materials are not good enough, I put him in online class in Aakash, you are again asking him to see recorded videos. Why was he not informed about the batch earlier. We are not paying less to treat us secondary. You put him in a fresh batch." Until now, no concrete response from them. Every time a new mentor calls and says the problem will be rectified and he will soon be put on fresh batch, but till date, I did not get any. I mailed to the grievances team also, no response. We are becoming pathetic victims of such big giants. Please get us our money back. I sincerely hope the board will take action against them and protect parents like us.

I called to Aakash call center Delhi on[protected], the agent was so rude and doesn't know to talk English even. Also agent was talking to others and making fun of my tone since I am a south Indian. I want action on such people. So poor work they are doing. Just because of this I have decided not to go with this institute. Byjus has made a mistake....

We had put up an application on 4th June 2022 for refund of fee and cancellation of my Ward's admission. It was told that we would be contacted within 14 hrs but till date nobody responded not our money has been refunded. Kindly look into the matter....

I am studying in bharatpur branch of aakash institute in class 10th 1st batch.
the teachers in my branch are very bad . i cannot understand what they are teaching . in the tests they give less marks and if we make them aware of it then also they do not increase the marks they always talk to us rudely and if we say anything to them they insult us infront of the whole class . they pressurizeus to give good rating so that they can get good investments .its been 3 months since the class started and their are no sst and english teachers .even after me parents complaing about it a hundred times they have not even tried to resolve it.

Hello, today the weekend batch started in Aakash Guwahati West branch and the chemistry teacher is not good and i would like to request the management of the branch to kindly change the teacher of chemistry in class 11 weekend batch. Hope they take the necessary actions.

A friend of mine went to the Gorakhpur branch of the Institute to give her test there. As she sat on her desk she found that a vulgar image was drawn there. Note that a day before the teacher told everyone thwt the position of each student will be fixed throughout the test series. So the desk position gets associated with the students identity and this drawing can be seen as a tease against her. She was not comfortable telling this to the faculty as the faculty there are very rude after they get the payment. So she showed me the same and asked me to complain for it.

I was a student of Akaash Institute (Gorakhpur Branch) from my class 10th to 12th. So When I got myself registered in class 10th and 11th they charged security money which was to be refunded when I leave the institute. So last year I completed my 12th and also left the institute. So for the refund my Father went to the branch and asked for the same. The cashier there asked few details and told us that the money will be transacted back within a month. But it's been nearly a year, no rrefund has been transacted till now. Please help us get the refund back.
