Management of Aakash institute Dilshad garden branch is very bad and the physics teacher NARAYAN SIR is not good

Not giving the refund and just wasting time and misbehaving with us

Sir I've applied for anthe 2022 from my school but not received my roll number yet. Without roll number I can't appear for examination so please help me out soon. Please sir help me fast else I'll not be able to give my exam... I'm from Jamshedpur and giving this exam for the first time. Please help me out.

I am a student of Aakash Dehradun Ballupur branch [DH011] currently enrolled in RM batch. Back when i was in 12th, our physics faculty (Mr.Ritesh Gupta [FP01345]) and chemistry faculty (Mr.Mohan Singh [FC02155]) were teaching us very great. But i don't know why Aakash let their top faculty, at least at this branch, slip away to another institute. Our new faculty for physics FP12215 and chemistry faculty FC11889 are not at a satisfactory level. They seem more like local school teachers and teach at a very fast pace. Chemistry faculty particularly often gets stuck himself in problems of the package. Physics teacher is doing a mere formality. I request to change our current faculty with some more experienced, competent, who are well versed in their particular subjects. Thanks.

I have enrolled my daughter - PS ID: [protected] - for NEET on 29th May 2022 for a 2 year course at Ashok Nagar, Chennai after paying the full 2 years fees in advance totalling 2L (including a non refundable 12k for registration) .
On July 31st - we have contacted the institute and informed about our discontinuing of course with Aakash due to various reason which has been accepted without any issues. 31st being the last class attend by my daughter.

Processing of refund took almost 45+ days - till then there was no proper communication / explaining on the terms - They did some calculation - which is not revealed irrespective of multiple emails being sent to their manager incharge - least bothered to even to reply them.

They have refunded 1.14L of what I have paid - Not clear on how they come to this figure just for 2 months (even if they say course started in April - its for 4 months).

Doing a rough Math - Amount Collected 2L - Non refundable 12K
Balance 1.88L - Amount to 94K per year and 47K per 6 months.

Even if they reduced 6 months fees I should have got 1.88-47 = 1.41L

Look at the cheat they make here - not sure how they pay the IT for these.

Need some justice on this .

Not yet received refund from aakash institute, Nizampura, Vadodara, Gujarat from long back.

As i complained regarding they put offer letter on hold then why you are not taking action against them. I think Mr Suhaas Has been fired because other employees alao complained against her. But please take action against Tanisha that why she had given false information regarding offer letter, kyu mje talti gai. U know on 16may whn i got to know about offer letter put on hold i faced very badly because i reached my hometown and i already booked PG which i was going to shift in whitefield side on 25may bcz joining date was 26may then any how I managed myself. Tanisha told that she helped me lot but its your fault that suhass sir put offer letter on hold
She is big lier she stopped picking my call after 16 may even after interview whn i call for feedback she ddnt pick my cal nor reply msg easily thn she syd i was very very busy. Really she also plaued with employees career. Suhas Singh k pucho na vo tao mha jhuta. He mentioned my all bad thngs vo bi bda chdake bcz i asked regarding to wear half shirt thats after on 15may usne meri baat bhut bda chdake boli, aisi baat ki lgra tha ki vha koi guna krdia ha

I have enrolled for online digital class on 21st may 2021 and due to Covid situation I have paid Rs.34968.71 online. Aakash sales person Mr.Pankaj Dudeja co-ordinated through the process and and inform me about the online classes and access of Aakash Digital online Videos which will be available till the next NEET exam which was held on 17th july.2022 and I have been informed that I will receive the recorded videos and study material also in case of non-availability of internet. So my assumption was that even if she does not watch online videos she can watched it later on according to her time availability or her schedule. Since my daughter was in her board last year she did not watch any video neither the CD as she wanted to concentrate on her board studies of 12th ISC. Now when she wanted to take a drop and study for NEET 2023 exclusively but the videos are showing expired. I contacted customer care and they inform me that we can not access online videos as well as the Recorded videos of CD. if we want it again then I have to pay for that recorded videos again.

First of all your sales person should have to inform the parents in detailed about all these your business tactics but they knows how to loot the normal people in the name of education. When we purchase any CD from shop then that CD belongs to the purchaser forever so if I have paid for your recorded videos around 35000/- then those video have to be accessible to us forever. I am not asking for updated videos or latest online videos but the recorded one which we purchased.
If your sales person had inform me this at the time of purchase then I would have not purchase it only. This is kind of a greediness to cheat the normal parents through false advertisement and inadequate/ inappropriate information.

I am getting repeated call from Aakash Ghatkopar branch about pending fees.

As per the arrangement with your agent personally visited my house. He has also agreed for concession in fees on lumpsum payment which I yet to receive. He agreed fees was Rs.198000/-. I got sanction from propell Rs 153000/- and paid Rs.45000/- instantly online on 1.8.2021 and all these details are submitted to Mr Prashant, Accountant at Ghatkopar branch.

Inspite of giving all proof I am getting regular messages and calls.

What kind of records your department is not able to update. Worst kind of account department I am following up for updating records.

On coaching side also I am not satisfied with the service even after paying such a heavy fees of Rs.198000/-

Backbencher makes too much noise in Amber9;s period but he didn9;t say anything to them
In exams students cheats too much but the uncle and aunty didn9;t say anything

Worse coaching CENTER ever

My school is far better then this ### coaching CENTER

My son Jasir Jafar Ali registered on 4th of September for foundation Grade 9 and 10 hasnt started his classes till date as per Saudi timings which should be evening batch.
The counsellor was Aman Mishra .
Iam emailing third time and have wasted several dollars calling on helpline.
Nothing has been resolved so far.
I have raised this issue with the following ticket numbers

Also through email the complaints Ticket Number 00665715 & Subject Ticket number 0064204 have not been resolved.
How can such big organisation be ignoring a customer even though the paymant was done 12 days earlier.

My son is a student in AAKASH MYSORE KUVEMPUNAGAR, i dont want to share his name for smooth reasons, i just want to address some serious service related issues facing in the center, as iam paying huge money i also prefer huge response & service, iam not complaining about the staff, iam complaining about the office boy who is so arrogant, stupid & attitude level is out of control, he does not behave like a office boy, he acts as if he is the boss of the center, i personelly enquired about him & found that his name is Mr.Ramesh i dont know he is employee of aakash or outsourced employee, i dont like his attitude level he should behave as a office boy not as boss.I tried to contact the branch manager but staff said there is no branch manager at present.Hope this is adressed on high priority or you may face the consequences in future.

I will never forget what they had done with me and other 4 candidates regarding offer letter. On 2.5.22 i gave interview at Indiranagar Branch Bangalore, on 5th may Tanisha told that i have been shortlisted vo bi tab when i called by myself vo bi many times isse phele she was not picking cal easily, then on 6th may i submited all documnts thn on 11 may everthng were confirmed joining date 16, 23&26 may so i choosed 26 may thn i made programe for going to my hometown on 11 may she told tht other 3 candidates also there thy will join on 16may thts y anyhw u will get offer letter upto 13may thts y on 12th may i went to whitefield area and booked pg, i have some quiry regardng job role thn HR told tlk to brnch head name Mr Suhaas singh thn i rqstd to meet thn she said yes, then i discuss all thing whatever i had quiry i asked 1 irelevant Q regarding to wear half shirt, on that day he explained very well even he introduced with other employees but on 14may after 7pm he mailed to HR & interviewer for putting offer letter on hold, he can also told these thing on same day this shows that internal issue were happened thts y he blamed regarding my 1 irrelevant Q. On 14may whn i whtsap to Tanisha then she ddnt reply When i called on 16may aftr 12pm thn she told that Suhaas Sir put offer letter on hold since 15may bcz he ddnt like your behaviour(kfi bda chda k kha) he ddnt mentioned about my good quality even after 16may tanisha also stop picking call. Mr Suhaas could also say this on same day but he mailed to HR after 2 days vo bi after 7pm
Thng is when any internal issue were happened they put all blame to juniors or new employees.
After 1 month i have realised that they ddnt send offer letter to CHRO, in case if i ddnt visit whitefield branch then she would give other excuses regarding offer letter on hold. They also put other 4-5 candidates offer letter on hold
Really these seniors do lot of politics and put all blame to juniors or new joinee employees while doing little bit mistake. If any1 who play with my career, blame me unnecessary while doing little bit mistake, offer letter k regarding gol gol bat khna etc then i mentioned their reality in front of public unless they dnt realise their mistake

I took admission in Aakash Institute on[protected] for Neet repeaters coaching at Ravipuram Branch. Institute arranged me a hostel and promised me bed and other facilities. I was told that I will have to share a room with max 4 persons. I went there and I was asked to wait till warden was back. After waiting for hours, when she was finally back, she gave a tour of the hostel and convinced me there were no beds available and asked me to sleep on floor. Not just that, she was rude all along and didn't answer any of my queries.
Unfortunately my phone got damaged. My mother tried to connect through many times but the warden hung up in the middle of nowhere. I rang my mother using cook's phone and told her I wasn't given a bed yet. So she contacted Aakash institute sales personals. Later the warden said I wasn't allowed to make phone calls from cook's or friends' phone. There was no landline for hostellers. My mother couldn't contact me and she continuously called the warden. She called the police control room and said how she couldn't get any news of me. The police contacted the warden. Then the warden started saying mean things to me who wasn't aware of any of these developments. She tortured me and said, "I want you out of my hostel, you should have at least thought that you are going to have to stay here for the rest of the year." After some time police reached and tried to analyze the situation. The whole hostel teamed up against me and tried to frame me. That must be sufficient to proove how other kids are scared of the warden. My mother took a taxi at night time and took me back home and on my way back we lodged a complaint against the hostel warden.
When we first reached out to Aakash Institute, the sales professionals were sweet and lovely. But when my mother connected them for assistance in the hostel drama, they didn't respond to her calls many times. When we called them to complaint they sided with the hostel warden. Today morning, when my mother contacted the saleswonmen, she refused to share the contact details of authorities concerned. She said, "Parents can't be provided with contact details of heads of Aakash Institute". What? We paid these heads money. We do business with them and not these sales professionals. Finally after long speeches, she whatsapp me a number. They are only sweet and helpful before admission. After realizing money, they are sweet but not helpful. They make a fool o[censored]s by making us repeat the whole story. Bad memory.
We had to go through all these hassles because of the inability of authorities to keep check on the employees providing person to person services. We had to face financial, physical and emotional difficulties during this incident. I want taxi fare of Rs.2000 from the responsible and also to initiate procedures against the sales personals to deter such tendencies in the future.

Sir we are students of aakash institute Rohtak batch FS 03.We have given test of ch 1 and 2 in fts (5 August) and they are asking another test of same chapters for reshuffling on (28 August)and we another test just 1 days(30 August)after but they are completing the chapters now as they gave August month almost of holiday.We have no problem in giving test but they are just hurrying.I think you will solve the issue as soon as possible.

I took admission in the year 2021 for 2 years course, 2021-22 for neet as well as regular classes of class 12, it's been almost 1 and half year since I joined aakash institute but did not get the bag which I am supposed to get, here in Siliguri, t shirt and umbrella are may be not provided to the students but bag is given, which I didn't get.

I have submitted withdrawal application on 05 Aug in respect of my daughter
admission name- shreya singh, class XI, descr1012rcc-a2208382, psid-
7324441. Initially my refund application was not accepting by branch
stating that your admission taken by byju and byju representative who
initiated my admission stating that refund will be processed by akash
institute branch. After 2hours request with branch and byju representative,
my refund application acepted by branch. I have not received refund even
after 10 days of lapse. Today I once agin visited to branch Chandigarh, he
told that zero amount showing in system.we will not refund till amount
reflected in the system. Then I met with BM. Initially he also told that
your admission done by byju representative and he is responsible for
processing the case for refund. I told him that I was visited to your
branch on 31 July around 1300pm where Mr ashutosh met me and discussed on
admission process. He told me that due to heavy rush due to Sunday, pls
visit again after 1700pm and I will brief you total details. I expressed
unwilling to come at 1700hrs then he told me that I will visit at your home
after 1700hrs. He come at 2000 hrs and I have paid full amount for two year
course for non medical. After dissatisfaction of service, I have submitted
refund application on 05 Aug. I could not understand that byju and akash is
one institute for admission but on refund, both are different. If it is
true then I have been cheated and a case of fraudulent. Pls look into the
matter honestly else I have no option to register a FIR for fraudulent case
and move to consume court. I need urgent refund. Request to inform me
urgently.
