A friend of mine went to the Gorakhpur branch of the Institute to give her test there. As she sat on her desk she found that a vulgar image was drawn there. Note that a day before the teacher told everyone thwt the position of each student will be fixed throughout the test series. So the desk position gets associated with the students identity and this drawing can be seen as a tease against her. She was not comfortable telling this to the faculty as the faculty there are very rude after they get the payment. So she showed me the same and asked me to complain for it.

I was a student of Akaash Institute (Gorakhpur Branch) from my class 10th to 12th. So When I got myself registered in class 10th and 11th they charged security money which was to be refunded when I leave the institute. So last year I completed my 12th and also left the institute. So for the refund my Father went to the branch and asked for the same. The cashier there asked few details and told us that the money will be transacted back within a month. But it's been nearly a year, no rrefund has been transacted till now. Please help us get the refund back.

In Nanded Maharashtra Aakash institute didn't using a local And official language it is very inconvenience and it is very hatefull behaviour and disrespectful

My daughter s srinidhi joined neet crash coaching programme at puduchery branch and paid 20000rs on 28 05 22.till time we have not received any course material & online class id.reg this i lodged complaint in akash on31 05 22. complaint no is00549252.

So i just loggined to aakash itutor and i just played video of class 11 bio and it was not playing and it was showing error. I dont know what to do, its just happening in laptop and computer but not on phone . i am not able to access videos. kindly help

Concern : I wanted 2yr online course for neet 2024 from Aakash. My counselor sent me link where 1 first paid 8000, and then 100000 on 26 February 2022 into byju's account. But after this I have not received any study material or log in credentials. My counselor was Aman Mishra.He always gives excuses and till now enrollment is not done.

We have paid for Aakash for JEE + class 11 and 12 online coaching on March 13 2022 and they promised to give access for 10th grade too till the CBSE 10th exams get over. But the access was not given. Secondly the books and SD card of 10th and 11th have not been delivered as promised and we had to pursue a lot an in person collect them. When we raised the issue there was no response from Aakash. On April 7 2022 we raised the request to refund us back the money as we are not happy with the service and mentioned the above two failures to Aakash grievances, Aakash care, support Byju's and cancellation team of Aakash too. We have been sending reminders on the email, but no response for it too. They just responded that they would call us back in 24 hrs. But till 27 May no response. We require our money to be refunded back due to failure in delivery of service.

As I'm not understanding about the classes I need to refund my money

For the last one month, your employee Heena Arora has paid Rs. 5000 / - 20 April online for NEET course at Anand Vidhanagar branch in Gujarat. Many requests have been made for fee refund for non-attendance of this course but no concrete action has been taken yet. I have enrolled for a crash course on 20th april in akash through the councellor Parul Budhraja in HSR layout Bengaluru branch.While taking admission i have been said by parul that I have enrolled in a batch that has already started on 8th April and I made the payment regarding the same of rs-31501/-.Later when the person from the branch which I took admission called me by phone and said that we have no batch that started on 8th April in our branch and there is only batch that will be started on 13th may. I have informed the same parul and she asked me to wait of 48hours, I did the same and after 48 hours she kept saying we can transfer you admission to kochi branch then I convinced and asked her to transfer me . Now it's been 12 days and I haven't received any update from parul.Now I understood that aakash is hiring their employees who have zero knowledge and poor working skills.Later today I asked her refund my money if you won't provide my credentials by today then she behaved in a very rude manner and doesn't even reply to my mails. So at last please take a necessary action against parul Budhraja and kindly follow strict protocols while selecting the employees. This is very bad from a institution like aakash .
I request students to boycott joining aakash through online mode by which they are making money and frauding the students.

I raised a refund request with Akash Jayanagar, Bangalore branch on 12-Mar-2022.

1) I had to do multiple follow-ups to get the request moving from one department to another.
2) Emails are not responded to promptly by Akash Staff
3) They do not pick if we call them on the cell
4) My money is not yet refunded and neither has anyone bothered to keep us updated on the status

I Bharat Vashishth, a student of hybrid classroom programme for droppers batch for NEET 2022 took admission in Aakash Institute, South extension branch last year in june month . i reside in Dadri, Gautam buddha Nagar which is approximately 50 kilometers away from my centre . it takes around 3 to 3 and a half hour time for me to reach the centre from my home. To reduce this travelling time, I called at the branch and asked them regarding my transfer to some nearby branch but the person on the call denied and said there's no such procedure for taking transfer . But at the time of admission, i was guaranteed with such policy of taking transfer to nearby branch . Kindly consider my issue and suggest some measures regarding the same as soon as possible . I will be highly obliged to you .

Background - My son decided to move out of Aakash as the quality of online teaching was not good. I visited the branch in person in February 2022 much before my next installment was due. I met Mr. Tarun at the branch who checked all the records and then confirmed me that I have informed the institute at the right time and I will get refund of my security deposit.

What I was told by Aakash Institute - I was told by Mr. Tarun to drop a note regarding my son's leaving Aakash institute via email and I was told that refund activity can be initiated after a month. I did exactly what i was told.

My ask & request from you - I acted the way I was guided by the institute. I cannot be denied of refunding my security deposit. I had paid the same online and I have the valid receipts of same. I am requesting you to look into this matter and help me with my refund of security deposit.

Hello. i am a student of Aakash kalyan branch. i want to complain about a counselor/receptionist KALYANI at the branch. she's supposed to be a counselor and encourage students. she has provided misinformation to my parents regarding my behaviour in the class, and my parents are not agreeing to send me to class. im a neet student, and this is effecting my studies.i dont know what personal vendetta she has against me. I am a good student in class and overall have a really great score. Please resolve my issue and take necessary action.

I registered for a course of NEET 2023 at " Aakash Digital " through admission councellor named " Ravi Gokul ", but due to some problems the course purchase could not proceed. But I had already registered for to course and paid " Rs. 5000 " . I asked for a refund but the refund request is not being processed.

It is really a matter of surprise that prestigious education Institute like " Aakash " does not want to process the refund which is like a meager sum for them, and like to harrass the parents, during admission they call and call till parents take admission, but after admission for grievances no one is responsible.

If possible please process my registration fee refund.

My nephew Prathamesh Ghumnar taken the admission in AAkash institute Aurangabad, on 5/09/2021, we paid total fees of 132127, on we want to cancel the admission in institute, want our half fees return, but they are saying only 16k rs will be refunded. we want 70, 000 rs as refund.

Me gya tha Aakash institute me offline toh sir ne module diya thaa, fhir Mene t-shirt air bag ke liye bola thaa toh bole kuch din baad milega fhir me kuch din baad gyaa toh bole holi ke baad, holi ke baad gyaa toh t-shirt milaa but bag nhi diye, bag ke liye jab bol taa hu toh gussa karne lgte h... Aur ab nhi de rhe bol rhe h 11th me kyu nhi liya thaa ... But me 11th se bol rhaa thaa 😕

I have purchased aakash itutor medical platinum subscription for 2 years . In the beginning it was working quite well but now when I use to play the video it says that please insert sd card although I have inserted sd card but video can't be played . And now it's high time for the neet preperation as the date has been announced but I am not able to study due to the problem.And i have also emailed them and told about my problem but the problem is not still resolved yet.

I have paid the seat booking money for 2020/-2021 Pre medical batch.At that time I paid 5000 security amount with the booking amount.Institute said that if i didn't take the admission then I get the 5000 security deposite money back.They also grant a cheque by then.I am unable to take the cheque that time and the cheque date expire.They said me to fill reverification form.After 3 months when I go to institute and asked I am shocked that they never send the reverification form to aakash.Again after 2 months when I contact the office they said talk to panda sir.He asked the bank details and tell me that your refund is verified and will be settled in your account within 21 days .21 days passed now they tell me that my security amount is settled in my fees inspite not taking the admission.How can be a previously granted check now settled in my fees.5000 is a big amount for middle class family like us so please understand the importance and help me.

A Aakash Byjus counselor (Dushyanth Kori) explained us about the course we had got from a scholarship program.
The program/course was as follows:
10th preparation,
JEE mains and JEE advanced course for the next two years,
one more year for JEE advanced course if the student wishes to repeat the attempt.
After the initial payment of Rs1000, Rs7000, Rs4000 and Rs43, 000 (all receipts are attached)
for the last payment of Rs43, 000 no receipt was provided hence I am attaching the screenshot of google pay transaction.
After the last payment on 6th March 2022 they said that the student will be able to start live classes within a day that
is from March 7th.
After this whenever I called the counselor and the people I spoke at the institute, nobody is responding to my calls.
after losing the hope and confidence in Aakash Byjus team i decided not to continue with them I request you to help me
to get all my payments back as till date not even a single class was provided.
