[Resolved]  Aakash Institute — harassment complaint and refund

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have paid the full regular fees of my daughter for two years in Aakash Institute Branch Bathinda (Punjab).
Aakash Institute is not paying my Course Refund R.S. 38319.
It is with great sadness that I have to write that since last 4 months & I have contacted customer care numbers including my branch about 70-80 times. I sent about many e-mails also.
Every time I am assured by Aakash Institute officials that your Refund has been processed by Aakash Institute, it will be credit your bank account with in 4-5 days. But I have not received my due yet.

I am writing with great sadness.
If this is happening to our education people then what will happen to others?

Therefore, appropriate action should be taken immediately in this regard and action should be taken against the responsible officials too.
