I have used Aakruti Movers & Packers to shift my luggage from Mumbai to Bangalore. They sent a team of people to pack the stuff. There were a total of 18 luggages were packed (counted twice by me and by their team) and they gave me the receipt which says total of 18 items were picked up. But only 17 of them got delivered to me in Bangalore. 1 Gunny bag containing my wife's clothes, accessories, bag and other expensive stuff was missing. On calling the manager of the the company (Mukesh Mishra), he told me that he only received 17 bags. I told him that I have sent 18 bags and i have the receipt for it but then he gave an excuse that he doesn't know about it.
Some one from his company stole that 1 one gunny bag containing many expensive items.
I tried reaching them repeatedly but i have not received any resolution from them.

After reading more reviews online I got to know that they have done the same thing with others. I am looking for a strict action against these kind of theives and also I would like to get a compensation for my loss and mental agony and trouble i have gone through.
