I didnt receive my goods, mishra commited me goods would be delivered with in week....

**FRAUD ALERT***..these people are fraud...please don't select this company or else you will be in big trouble. They promised to hold packages for 10 days in Mumbai warehouse as they don't have warehouse in Jaipur but they brought the packages on next day to jaipur. We are new to jaipur luckily we had our flight same day and we came here and were looking for a warehouse to put our packages for whole house.. It was a nightmare..we now paid extra 7k again to bring our packages to home..they were so shameless..they asked about the remaining 2k amount also..horrible people..no courtesy..no ownership as it was their mistake...Mukesh and Shweta gave false commitment and were talking nicely before as they wanted the payment to be done in full...after there blunder.. Shweta at least apologized but Mukesh was talking so rudely and denied everything.. These people are completely fraud people no customer service.. Very very bad experience..

I have used Aakruti Movers & Packers to shift my luggage from Mumbai to Bangalore. They sent a team of people to pack the stuff. There were a total of 18 luggages were packed (counted twice by me and by their team) and they gave me the receipt which says total of 18 items were picked up. But only 17 of them got...

We have booked from Mumbai to panchkula they have damage all my electronic and furniture and missing 5 items they have not even retrun my pack basmati rice bag the person mukesh mishra is very unprofessional man he is so agrassive when you ask any damages he never pick phone not give proper answer it's my request please don't take this company service in any cost this company is cheating most of clients have compliment about this company...

Mukesh Mishra from this movers and packers is one of the fraud and cheater person. I request everyone who is seeing this video don’t ever book or recommend this ###. First he will quote and finalised the amount and later once you material is picked up, from there your bad time will start, he will demand complete payment before delivery of the materials and later his driver will call and ask for extra money or else he will not deliver...

We have Placed order to shift our household material. But they have not only packed it very bad and poorly and top of the story Mini E household items they have stolen by their employees. Even staff Mahesh/Montu support the thieves staff and return partial material. they are highly arrogant.

My 43 inch led tv, table, glass boxes damaged while transporting from mumbai to bangalore. Mukesh is so unprofessional and keep on changing his business terms. He put us in a difficult situation as while unloading he took some 4th part service to transfer material. Other person in bangalore wanted extra money for unloading with 2 persons only came for unloading. Don't use aakruti packers and movers services. Better take some local transporter for services. More than 80, 000 material damaged. I have pics and all the bills with me. No website you will find for them

Dont ever book them even if its your last option. Worst ever.. It was mentally harassing to deal with them. We had booked them for 12th june.. They told us we would be calling u a day prior to fix it which they didnt. We called them & told us that they will come at 9 am. Next day there was no call or anything, we started calling at 9.30 and they told us we are coming in few mins.. Finally they reached at 11am. And, let me tell you they were not professional packers. They were poor labours picked up to do this work. But they did their work perfectly packing work got done & now it was time for a tempo to come. So we called them & he told us there is no tempo wait for 2hrs.. He asked us to call the owner’mukesh’ he is a annoying person who doesnt know how to handle his business and is rude n cheater. I called the owner to know the status and his reply was that our truck driver got covid and hence we cant send him. Like wtf dude!? Hahaha finally he arranged a local tempo not even his own.
My only mistake was to read their reviews very later if i had gone thru it earlier i would never booked them. When that tempo finally reached at our plc.. Workers started loading and the owner asked us to make full payment or else he will cancel. He treats his customers as ajoke he wants full payment but is not ready to provide good service. We finally left from mumbai to vapi.. And guess what he had no workers in vapi to unload our items.. The hassle was too much emotionally, mentally & physically. Somehow we arranged workers to get it done and managed it. Our few items are missing lol 😅 pls pls do not book and make sure their business goes down because they are not worth it.. The owner has no sense of talking and maintaining customer relations.. His excuses were ‘driver got covid’, ‘tempo nahi hai madam’, ‘haan jo karna hai kar lo’, ’haan aap hi bata do kahan se book kre ‘ lol #Ÿ˜…

This Mukesh guy and his Aakruti company is a cheater, fraud and extremely unprofessional. He demanded enitre amount after the tempo was loaded with our luggage. We told him that we will pay half now and remaining half after luggage is kept in place at destination but he demanded full money and ensured us that he will take care of everything. But the next day when the tempo reached destination there was no one to unload the tempo and put it in the house. At the last moment we were left hanging and had to manage unloading of tempo on our own which was extended difficult for us. This movers and packets company has no character and their reviews on other platforms are all fake. Don't make the mistake of transporting your valuable luggage from this cheater. You will repent for lifetime. They should be ashamed of calling themselves a movers and packers company and I sincerely hope that karma bites this company and they have to repay with interest for their sins.

I wish there was a rating of -10. I would have given negative rating. Highly irresponsible and these guys damaged my things. First of all i chose for individual truck so that my things are transported smoothly. These guys charged me a bomb and i did pay expecting good service. They didn’t deliver on the expected date and i had to follow up like hell. Then we found out all the boxes are torn, things are missing, many things are broken. I am into sheer loss. I lost many things whose emotional value is huge and this loss is irreparable. To add to that, they are not paying for my damages also. I strongly recommend, please guys dont use akruti movers & packers. You will waste a hell lot of time, money and lose ur things. They are cheaters. They charged me for individual truck but used sharing truck. Mukesh and rakesh are big frauds who are doing all this. Pls don’t use this. They should pay me for all these damages.

Unprofessional and worthless cannot describe the behavior of the owner and staff. They are in the wrong business. Persons packing the household items are not aware of the basics of packing different things. Most of the items were simply dumped in plastic bags and boxes. Calls to the owner were a waste of time. Due to my commitments at place of work, I didn't had any option but to adjust. Even though material was to be taken in an container, an open truck was called for loading with the help of tarpaulin. I rejected it, but finally i could get a covered truck only. They act like goons once the material is loaded into the truck. I was asked to make full advance payment without any documents, once the truck started from my home in Mumbai. At 11.30 p.m. I had to manage the balance online payment. Unpacking was never done, even though it was part of agreement. Finally I got damaged furniture and few were totally destroyed. I highly recommend to avoid such fraud packers.

I like to say that there work i good and so beautifully they pack the things and arrange them in a good manner. So when we leave any city and move to other city we have not face any difficulty that where the things kept in which box which item are there. They pack the box so tightly and carely that glass item will not break while moving from one place to another place.

I am begging you guyes, please please please do not even think to take there service.
First they have agreed to take 20 % amount and 80 % after delivery, but the day they took my stuff from mumbai they asked me to do fuul payment.
This is not the end of torture, they have commited to deliver my goods in 1 week, but on third day the driver called me and told me to force akruti manager to pay him the money as they have not given...

Hi, I had availed service from Aakruti packers and movers on the 28th of April 2017. As per Aakruti packers and movers, items were promised to be delivered by 04th May 2017. Today is 30th May 2017 and I have not got my goods. I have all my belongings in it and facing mental trauma from the company. I had advised them that it's been a month and I will have to write a complaint regarding the same. Person named Mr.Mukesh Ramsagar Mishra told me these very same words " Go make a complaint. I will not deliver your goods". This is the kind of treatment these goons give you. I request you to kindly help me in this matter ASAP as I am facing a lot of mental trauma regarding the same.

I hired service from Aakruti packers and movers (Mumbai) to shift my household goods to Navi Mumbai. I found majority of my electronic items and furniture damaged. Before the Service, he told me that we have done insurance and if anything happens, we will take care and assured me that everything will be safe. After i saw that goods are damaged, i called him and asked him what has to be done. Even they didn't come to install furniture etc. Kept all screws with them.

I Anil Mangwani, hired service from Aakruti packers and movers (Mumbai) to shift my household goods to Bangalore. The service was initiated on 3rd of july and was supposed to end on 6th of July. I got my furniture and luggage on 8th July and i found majority of my electronic items and furniture damaged. Before the Service, he told me that we have done insurance of 1 Lac and if anything happens, we will take care and assured me that everything will be safe. After i saw that goods are damaged, i called him and asked him what has to be done. He said that insurance was not for you furniture or luggage but it was for his vehicle in which transportation was done. The guy who spoke to me was very polite before the service and after the service he was talking as if i have taken money from him. After everything was packed and loaded in Mumbai, he argued with me for 1 hour and forced me to pay whole amount of 23 thousand. I found my TV completely damaged and it cannot be repaired.
