I have ordered sofa cum bed with this company 8th march 21 and paid rs.32, 000/- on 24th of march they have delivered the goods which is not as per my requirement and i cant use this. same day i called their sales person Mr.Ayub khan and their office and factory. sales person said he will come and check the same . upon repeated calls and follow up sales person turned up after one month and said factory made a mistake and we will take back the sofa. He called his owner Mr. Lakshman and said to take it back and he can sell it to some where. After a week sales person was terminated from the company and he was not responding to my calls . After repeated calls and follow up, their person came and taken back the sofa cum bed on 27th april 21. i have been following up with their entire sales team and the owner to return the money. After meeting their sales manager Mrs.Rajalakshmi i got a payment of Rs.10, 000/- only through gpay on 3rd August. Balance Rs.22, 000/- not paid till today 19th oct 2021. Their owner Mr.Lakshman is avoiding my calls and not replying . I have already sent a complaint letter to them and no reply from them yet. i am planning to launch a police and consumer council if nothing happens before end of oct 21. This company is totally useless and i am not recommending any body to buy any product from them.
