Respected sir,
I have purchased the vehicle mahindra automatic tuv300 in the month of september 2018. From the 3rd day of purchase the vehicle gave trouble that is while moving it automatically gets into neutral and times it has created trouble and many times escaped narrow accidents.
In this regard, i have represented many a times personally to get rectified but nobody was responsible for getting rectified. When the insurance came for due in the month of september 2019 i have given cheque to one of the representatives and the vehicle got inspected (Only front mudguard was slightly damaged and the insurance person told the vehicle will get insurance) and the sales representative has not given me the insurance papers even after 2 months after payment and now also the cheque is possessed with him only.in this period i was out of country and there was no communication even after that by the sales representative.
Unfortunately, i met an accident on 9th november 2019 and both o[censored]s were admitted in the hospital and i asked the sales team for road assistance. Money was charged for the road assistance which was horrible as explained by the mahindra workshop person that they don’t have towing vehicle and in order they have to hire outside [protected]@5000/. With lot of difficulties i have paid the money but in the process they were not able to locate the vehicle at the accident place and came back. Again they insisted me to pay the money by the manager 3000/ and after 10 days the vehicle came to the mahindra workshop at mahanadu road. During this transaction the spare tyre was missing and nobody has taken any responsibility.
Till march nobody has contacted me from mahindra service centre in the further progress and after insisting only they have given me the estimation of the repair which was shocking @5lakh rupees and more and i was told that the vehicle is not covered by insurance.
The matter was discussed closely with the sales team and the mistake was by the representative for which the penalty is for me??
In the month of march the lockdown was announced and we are struggling hard to cope the present situation with one vehicle.
I need the rca to be done and things to be rectified from the mahindra end. There is always misunderstanding between the sales and service during the whole 0ne year i struggled hard to get the vehicle rectified.
So, please probe into the issue and do the needful at the earliest. Justifiable causes are there being fault from the mahindra sales representative.
Because of lockdown due to covid and redalert there's reasonable loss. During this period and after also we were under treatment taking physiotherapy and were not able to turn up. There has been regular change of staff and their indifferent attitude and attention paid to the customer is also pathetic.
Keeping me in this crucial situation and the loss incurred please do help me out.
