I had bought two packets of aarambh oats 1kg from jiomart online (order number.[protected]M).
It is rolled oats as per the packet ( barcode[protected] upon opening it, there is a powder which tastes of oats inside. upon complaining to jiomart, first customer care executive( jeetendra) told me over the phone and my whatsapp that he will replace it. but later he told me the packets he has in store are powder as well. he asked me to email cc.[protected]@ril.com which is the email ID on the packet of oats since jiomart apparently only sources aarambh oats. I got an email from jiomart customer care that my complaint is resolved without stating how and why. (ticket number[protected]
so I emailed cc.[protected]@ril.com and got the following reply
"With reference to the below e-mail, we would like to inform you that the email ID, cc.[protected]@ril.com is for enquiries or concern pertaining to the Reliance product purchased from Offline Reliance Retail store.
We request you to write to JioMart Customer Service team at [protected]@jiomart.com or contact on [protected] between 08.00 am to 08.00 pm and they will be able to assist you for JioMart related queries."
I have been buying aarambh oats from jiomart for more than a year. I am quite concerned about the quality of this oats and all other products from jiomart for there is nobody responsible for the quality of their products! Was this information helpful? |
