aarthi consultants — Bonus shares not get credited even 45 days after record date

I am holding bright com group shares as on record date and i am eligible for bonus shares, but i have not received bonus shares even after 45 days after record date.

When I tried to contact aarthi consultants they are not giving me proper response.
