Dear sir,
1, I have applied for 1000 SVPCL IPO shares on 25 Oct 07. The application number 8001038 has been forwarded through my demat account no. [protected] existing in India bulls Securities Limited by paying an amount of Rs 45, 000 for 1000 shares from ICICI Bank account number[protected] on 25 Oct 07 bearing reference number [protected].
2. Till now I have neither received the said paid amount nor the shares allotted to me. Herewith it is intimated that undersigned doesn’t require the IPO allotment of SVPCL. However you must refund Rs.45, 000 along with interest as per Supreme Court (SC) decision, before 31Oct 08 to the above mentioned ICICI account immediately. Also, intimate the undersigned about your action to the same e-mail address.
