Hi Team,

In regards to the Brain Scan for my Sister Y Lalitha Kumari dated 20/7/2022. Executive Nethaji and Team has booked the appointment at 2pm, however the appointment was given to someone else and I was promised that Nethaji and team call me to check at 2pm to update on the appointment which was not received...

Staff/Executive behaviour was absolutely pathetic and worst service ever. I want you to take immediate action towards the staff for the behaviour.
