On 10.07.2024 I had taken up Janaseva diamond health checkup at Aarthi scans and lab. They'd assured to provide me with a images o[censored]SG, Carotid Doppler and Xray which can enable me to send to my treating Doctor however they'd provided only the text messages.

Yesterday I was taken home blood test they told me that report was updated in online at night 8pm but still now I didn’t get my report fully only half of the report I got it’s almost 13 hrs later now the time is 9am .. and they didn’t give proper response...

My self is Bharat.i have visited Jayanagar 3rd block for my daughter MRI scan . Here there is no specialized doctors are available and very worst management system is there.
They have wasted my 2 working days. in Aarti scan counter taken 5500 rs in cash and refused online payment.

Today 13th March we have visited Arthi scans Madipakkam Branch.. Your team collected out blood samples for Beta HCG Test. It was happened around 7.30 am.. Now almost this day end we are yet to receive our test report.. Morning we have been informed that we will collect our report around 6.30. I visited your branch two times after 7 pm

Report not received on time
No proper response in front office
Unable to contact ur helpline number also..
If I'll get my report tomorrow not sure how accuracy it will..we are loosing hope.. Please look into this.

Worst service. Illiterate staff. No responsibility. Wrong information.staff only busy talking about their home....

Please don't contact them for any tests they will send the report with wrong name, age at and even when we contact them multiple times they won't provide proper response without knowing the seriousness.

On 26.11.2021 CT scan was taken in Gemini scan, which shows two calculus (stone), treatment was started and on 27.11.2021 suddenly the pain was relieved, so took ultrasound scan at AARTHI SCANS annanagar, the report says "no calculus" so we stopped the treatment.
On 28.11.2021 night there was a mild discomfort, so on 29.11.2021 morning took ultrasound scan at priyadarshini scan center, the report re confirmed the presence of stone.br...

Booked for Home Collection of Blood in an urgent basis; I was diagnosed with CAD and ITP for which I gave blood for APS tests and CBC. They are unprofessional and dint respond properly for receiving the reports. They said the reports will be available in 6 hours but lethargically they dint respond even after a day. Morning i went at poonamalee highroad branch for my dad gopal bagdy age 83 for ct and abdomen test. I faced problem as below.
1. In reception the staff r not at all experianced
2. Wen i send to t opp building who has done t testing also not up to t level. At least he shod no english and shod b good dress up . He was looking like wat h men dress and not at all experinced. He shod look like a doctor not t general.
3. Evening was wen i collect t report again t same problem in reception t men who was there dont no english. And his taking t way also not good
for example he asking me twise that u taken t film. But i told him i not taken any thing i was told to collect after5
4. I waited 4 long gor t report he told t report has to come from opp building. But t report was there only

I have booked for an home appointment for haemoglobin test today (11/09/2019) around 6.30am-7.00am. Yesterday around 5.00pm, i have contacted customer care chennai over phone and i confirmed my appointment as well. Till now, i did not receive any message/information related to my home appointment. I had taken MRI and CT scan from Aarthi scans, from Porur Branch on 19/02/2016. The report of MRI and CT given is totally wrong.
