I got a worthless sari which i had never ordered at all. It came on cod and messing up with another order i paid rs 535 and accepted it. Only after opening i realised it wad not the item ordered by me. A poor quality dull coloured sari which even my maid wont wear for sure. Its really sad that you guys cheat the customers this way. I dont know how can you behave like this. I want my money back and do need to return this horrible product. Do the needful. For a company like yours, customer satisfaction is a must or else the business wont grow. Expecting an early reply.
