I ordered a lehenga from the website called www. Aarzoo. In on May 8 2018. Price 682 . The order arrived on May 18th. The package which I received is completely different from what I ordered.. Quality is very cheap, design is different. I ordered lehenga but I received saree. I want to return it. Contact me.. Otherwise I will take serious action to be taken....

They have delivered wrong product on a cod basis, but all their contact details are fake, i think blue dart also involved in this fraud as they are delivering the cash to the vendor promptly, as aarzoo.in is having a lot of complaint about the wrong products delivery with cheap materials and they are looting the people.

Pls beware these kind of e commerce companies....

I got a worthless sari which i had never ordered at all. It came on cod and messing up with another order i paid rs 535 and accepted it. Only after opening i realised it wad not the item ordered by me. A poor quality dull coloured sari which even my maid wont wear for sure. Its really sad that you guys cheat the customers this way. I dont know how can you behave like this. I want my money back and do need to return this horrible product....

Order i'd 49339, l had ordered one navy blue saree amount is rs.650, but u send to totally different pink saree, and that damaged saree fully, pls received your product and i want my money your advertising 7days easy return policy, but u not picked my product, y, u tell easy return app download, till now two weeks, i should download that app, enter my details when will u received...

I habve ordered two sarees from aarzoo.in @rs. 643 each on18th march, 2018 and 20th march, 2018 under order no.51667 and 52492. But today i got one order from blue dart courier and l thought that its the saree that l have ordered and l paid rs. 640/-. But when l opened it was totally different saree which l have not ordered. The sender is kemicon and shipper 242841. And dcit no. [protected]. But the order no is not mentioned. Kindly look...

I ordered nice saree in pink colour and i received a cheap saree with no worth.
I paid 640 rupees for this. I am sending mail to them, trying to call, text bit no reply. Please suggest me what to do. Address of company is given as 69, suham point, neqr yogi chowk, nana varacha, surat.

I have orders a nice kurtis but instead of that they had delivered me worse cloths and i have call them many time but it's a fake call and fake number and there address is totally wrong plz help me out and also there is not opction for return. If they cant delivered items for us then plz close the website because many peoples are falling in this scandal....

Order no. 19453 received salwar suit cloth while i have ordered a saree.. And that was damage also. It is very poor service. Trying to contact with seller but unreachable.
Write a saveral mail @ aarzoo.in but its fake mail ids.

Hence kindly help my refund. Not able to get in touch with them.
I think there are cheating indian people showing its head quater in foregin.

Hello my name is Sangeetha i ordered 2 kurthis, And i pay 960 rs cash on delevery. They cheat me. They give me as courier through xpressbees. the product i received was really a rubbish one, which i can purchace better product from the street for 100 rs. And take serious action against aarazoo company. i have attached the kuthi that i ordered along with that i have attached the photo of the materials that i received. very pathetic......

Hello my name is rupa aware i order green and blue cotten silk printed sadi. They give net sadi wich price is 200. And i pay 640 rs. For it sadi is worng. They cheat me.
