Aasif — Refund not credited

My name is Aasif I ordered iPhone 11 mobile and next days I had to cancel that order I ask for my refund to Amazon team they provide me a reference number and Said that your payment is expected credit in 25 November 2020 but today is 6th day but thier is no money credited in my account and Amazon team said to contact your bank customer care service but are denying and saying there is no money credited in your account please help me
