Amazon finallly find a way to loot customer money.
I want to show you a senario where i have placed couple of orders and recently amazon introduced payment fee which applies to prime customers as well and which customer care says is non-refunded, till here it is fine. But if product not delivered or returned damaged item then and after return complete then Amazon has to pay full amout to customer, because here customer looses his time for waiting order and in case of refund, customer also loosing payment fee as well ? but why? Customer paid for item and at the end, Item is not there and only refund there with loss of payment fee? why should customer loose this money when he not received item? This is a new way of fraud and looting customers money. It is not about me, it happens to lakhs of people and if we say 10 lakh customers faced this then in Amazon will earn more than 50lakh rupees for the cause of refunds beause of item not available or replacement not fulfilled, this is Amazon mistake and not customer mistake..

Why should as a customer i loose money of payment fee when i dont receive item? why should customer loose money in the form refund w.r.t payment fee? Did Amazon anywhere specified that in case they failed to deliver or replace item then they deduct payment fee and refund, so that customer has to loose for Amazon mistake? where this is mentioned. I am not looking for payment fee when item is delivered, that is fine, but when item is not delivered and replacement also failed to delivered then why should customer loose time and money what he paid? In such case Amazon has to pay full amout.
Even when call to customer care, they are not saying properly, might be they dont know or they are acting that they are trained to loot this kind of money.
Amazon just realizing, if you are doing this for 20 lakh orders or customers per day then you earings in the for of payment fee is morethan 1crore ruees per day.
Amazon please be aware that some of your fraud employees doing these things and spoiling brand name? But just realize that why should innocent customer loose money for your mistakes? I agree payment fee is fine, if you deliver item but not on refunds. Keep a not of this... Call center executives also not giving proper response... it is shame on your serivce..
I am expecting multiple calls from Amazon on this to my mobile if i not lifter once with a statement that Sorry from Amazon and Also Refunding my payment fee for refunds, as i lost time and money from Amazon.
