I placed an order for the Resonate WiFi UPS through Amazon, but the bridge cable was missing from the package. As a result, Amazon raised a return request on May 5th. However, the pickup status in the Amazon app shows "Will be scheduled by carrier", which in this case is Delhivery—but there's been no progress.

The item was supposed to be picked up within 3 days as per Amazon's policy, but no one has contacted me or attempted...

I also saw they advite on Facebook I clicked the like and it led me to a WhatsApp number the person gave me a like to complete a task after paying in some money which I did and I withdrawal the money and they said I should do another task after paying which I paid again but in the middle of the task they kept on asking for more money to complete the same take, and now they are asking for 36815 which I don't have again and I can't...

I notice that when the issue is difficult to handle, the chat agents lie to the customer that they in their capacity have processed the refund and it will get credited back to amazon pay balance within 24 hours.

However later when you get a call back from amazon it's clear that it was all fake.
Amazon agents on chat just to satisfy customers make false promises....

In Amazon India. Havells 3 litter water heater, I ordered 12th April and I delayed received at 16 th April. When I fix this water heater it works well, after it’s reach the temperature and auto cutoff . After a hour it’s not providing hot water. Then I call Amazon customer care they connect to technician an he said can’t return this product I send a havells technician he will conform about the product.
Next day technician called...

I have ordered Casio G-Shock 2100 in Rs 9195 and they delivered it on time after unboxing my order i found it was used and found different g-shock cover box
then I call the customer care and told them I got used watch and they took my complain and told me please wait 4days for our team to investigate . Then after four days I call them back again and they told me we have sent you the right product we can’t return...

I participated in Amazon task mall and my money was stuck and they requested commission before they would release the capital amount that I intended to withdraw. The withdrawal has already been finished, but my account hasn't yet been credited with it. I had read so many stories about Purnimabarik (t.me/Purnimabarik) and how she recovered lost money and Purnimabarik from cyber crime was useful in getting my money back......

I have had a very bad experience of buying large appliances like furniture from amazon.
The sellers may be good but the amazon delivery system for large appliances is very poor.
They simply don't tome to your place from last leg for several days
customer care has no information, useless DTP operators
If return is requested again they don't come for several days.

Funny enough I was a victim of task mall withdrawal problem. They assigned me to complete 6 tasks I am done 5 of that 6th payments after recharged they were not responding.
