I have four Amazon Fire TV sticks inIindia. There is an app called
Amazon MXPlayerTV which is crashing everytime it is started on all of these Fire TV sticks. I have updated and restarted the apps but no improvements. I sent an email to [protected]@mxplayer.in who have responded that they have received my mail on 25 Jan 2025 with ticket #MX-2727965 but after that there is no response to my reminder emails nor is there any improvement....

Note that this seller Clicktech Retail Private Limited on Amazon India is a scammer.
He sells used, faulty, fake products and then does not support you when you raise a concern.
amazon may or may not help.
He has deceived many customers. I was also cheated by him. The information provided on product page was fake. I received a fake product and service center refused support totally.

there was a call on 3rd T 930 pm for delivery, and said will delivery tomorrow, no delivery happened till now,
called customer care to find out about the status, all the support agents are rude and called not solve the delivery issues

There's a seller named Cocoblu Retail on Amazon India.
This is a fake company. They do not respond to queries.
They do not disclose proper product info on product pages.

Their product details are misleading.
It's a fake company. Do not buy any products from them on Amazon India.

I received 3 packets when I ordered 4. And while ordering I was charged delivery charge per packet while ordering. When I asked for refund you are not ready to refund the extra delivery charge that I paid for. Nonsense...

I joined Amazon prime hoping that I will get faster deliveries.
Strangely all my orders are processed as non prime member even though the seller item qualifies for prime delivery.

On day of delivery the item reaches the final delivery hub at around 7 AM in the morning. Normally it should be out for delivery by 11 Am.
But it just does not go out for delivery and in the end returns to the previous hub on its own...

I ordered a cooler from amazon but during the day of delivery, i was not able to pick up the call and the delivery agent hand over the order to resident. The order was prepaid and they irresponsibly hand over to anyone . when i complaint regarding the same they file an investigation and are saying that the product is already been delivered and are refusing to provide me refund...

I got an online job from Amazon online mall task platform and I was told to recharge to complete a task which I recharge 1000 which I did and completed the task and was ask to recharge 9578 again which I did and completed another task after that I was told to recharge 15100 to complete the last Task I and recharge it before i was now told to recharge 211700 which I don't even have so I loan in a bank to have that money still i did not get...
