Missing accessories

return/refund spydercraft table

Hi, I have ordered one "Spyder Craft Matte Finish Berlin150 Entertainment Tv Unit, Tv Cabinet, Tv Stand For Living Room, Bedroom Color: Grey || Assembly-Diy (Do-It-Yourself) Engineered Wood" on 1st May.

The product was received on 6th May, of Black color and very poor quality. The one which we ordered was of Grey color.

I placed the return order on 7th May over call, Customer care gave me 3 days waiting time,...

Ordered a product but unable to proceed further

Sir/ma'am,
I ordered a product on 11th May with order no as[protected] and I recieved a confirmation message that it has been processed. But it has been 8 days and I still haven't got any messages about the product and when I tried to check in the official amazon app about the order status, it still hasn't been shipped.
So when I tried to talk to the customer service operator they told me that it cannot be cancelled....

I had ordered two mattresses from Amazon which both were different in colors from which we had ordered. And after so much disturbance and hardwork somehow they took the item for return, but now it's been almost one week, and we haven't got the refund yet.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hello sir, I ordered 5 items from amazon. but i don't get any of them. When I told customer support, I was replied that the order was damaged and had to cancel. why did the cancel the order and not replace the item? If amazon service damage the order, then why did I get this message, that I canceled it. The last complaint is that none of the agents did anything about the issue. Only after hearing half the problem another agent came who could not solve, it. Mainly I talk to 7-8 agents. But no one did anything right during the conversation. Please make sure to replace the order and i get my order to delivered.

      I am prospective user of Amazon India bought the Air cooler in summer with cashback and summer sales offer. But Amazon did not deliver the product and returned the product to seller due to packing issue. Please this is not a pleasant experience. I want fair compensation for this trouble caused to me. Please ensure next time such thing do not happen.

      My order was cancelled. I got the refund and however my cashback rs 400 was taken away. Amazon did not give any fair compensation for trouble caused to me. I bought the same product from another ecommerce website. I am switching to another e-Commerce website. Thank you Amazon. Good Bye

        No refund since 15 days

        Product not delivered but status shows delivered - 1

        I ordered a pen drive which was faulty on arrival.
        I requested for return and replacement.
        The replacement was due to be received on 16-Apr and same time return pick up was there.
        However despite 10 PM no one turned up.
        At 10:30 PM status shows delivered.
        I raised a complaint and they promised return and refund.
        But such instances are happening again and again with amazon. They are not particular...

        Account closure and unable to get refunds

        Hi,
        I have placed 3 orders with Amazon on 11th April'2024, these were all prepaid orders with products mentioned as eligible for returns and exchange.

        I received 3 items of the order on 13th April'2024 and when I was placing the return of the order that got accepted but thereafter I got the mail from Amazon that they closed my account due increase of returns/refunds.

          I was told to enter the Amazon online Task Mall and I did all the Salary Task, I deposited R12700, then later deposited R26550 which in total is R605750 . I tried to withdraw some of my money, but it was useless. After filing complaints with no response, which made me seek the assistance of Rykabalan on telegram: @Rykabalan and i was able reach out to to them and also i see good reviews about them which led me to recovery my money from Amazon task mall . I never thought that there are still genuine recovery expert on the internet but to my greatest surprise I got my money recovered without wasting much time so if you are out there involve in Amazon of any amount, I would advise you to email Rykabalan via:( [protected]@gmail.com )
