I have sony experia ultra z and i broke my display so for that i have submitted my phone they said i need to give them 12000 then they will provide me a new phone so i said ok and i paid 6000 in advance for the same and after 15 days i got call that company has no new pce available in stock so company can provide you refurbish peace so i refusred they said ok you can collect ur cash back and mobile so when i went there they charge me 114 rs. of doing nothing and a person named ALOK SHAH one of the most rude sales person i ever seen he said do whatever you can you need to pay or you dont get your handset back and he was on to fight with me for 114 charge and he has not provided me bill as well as if this kind of person like ALOK SHAH WILL WORK IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO IS ALWAYS READY TO FIGHT WITH CUSTOMER THEN SONY WILL KEEP LOOSING CUSTOMER AS I AM NOT USING SONY NOW...i attached my jobsheet where you can find service centre add. it named parshwa services, located at ashram road, ahmedabad. kindly do needfull for this kind of guy or keep loosing ur customer ...
