ABC — Increasing number of cattles on roads of sector 12 z block and y block

This is the request to take strict actions against owners of these roaming cattles, they milk them and leave them on roads..most cows got injured, most are baby and most of them are pregnant.why their owners are not being warned by the authorities..all the cattles are from new kondli amd old kondli...even police knows every detail of them.but not take any action...is corruption bigger than the life of animals.?.i request authorities to take legal action against their owners so as to protect cattles exploitation..even residents of z block and y blok of sector 12 use to beat cattles to shoo them away.please take action against these milkmen or cattle owners.
