[Resolved] ABC — Issue with Battery in Hyundai Grand I-10 | |||
Hi, This is to bring to your notice that I bought Grand i-10 Magna 1.2 (Chasis No. MALA851CLDM025968) on Oct 26th from Advaith Hyundai showroom in Bangalore.The car has been running smooth and fine but lately found a very disturbing feature in the car.The battery of the car is a key low point I experienced. While trying to start the car after 3 days it gave a weird sound and did not start.The head lights and tail lights were also dim.After calling the Hyundai customer care they sent a technician almost an hour later who recharged the battery of the car. This issue ruined my weekend completely as I was planning to go out of Bangalore with family but could not go. This is really a major issue because my job requires me to be out of town every two weeks in a month, and if this is the case I will be needing a technical person to recharge the battery of the car almost after every two weeks. I chose this new model of Hyundai after great amount of market study and because of the good market name of Hyundai and I sincerely don't want to regret my decision.
