Abcd — Inflated Bill

This is with regards to my mobile no: [protected] w.r.t inflated vodafone bill sent to me for the period 25th July'15 to 25th Aug'15. I suddenly get a sms of my bill amounting to Rs 1955 with my data charges being Rs 1200. I spoke to Akvinder from customer service who reports to Mohit Shaikh. He did not have any reason where the usage was done and mentions of me using the data on a particular day specifically 18.08.2015 as informed by your so called customer service executive. In my last 6 months I have never over consumed and my bills have never crossed Rs 1000. ( Kindly check in your data base). When I ask why the itemsized bills have been stopped since the last 1 yr he has no answer and says that I need to pay Rs 75 for receiving my own itemised bills? This is insane... This surely shows there are a lot of hidden charges. I also want to check the details of sms sent to me on that particular day as informed by your CSE. I will escalate this further and will upload it on social sites too about the way vodafone functions because there would be many like me who are trapped in your pathetic services Your furious customer Nishant
