Abcd — not allowed for boarding

Dear Sir/ Madam, I had to catch flight on 15/4/15, evening at 4.55 PM from chennai to coimbatore.booking ID NF[protected]. I was at the airport prior 35 min (ie) i was there at 4.20 PM but i was not allowed to check-in. I have already been in fllight several times, even before half an hour i have checked-in. Even at international flights i have checked-in before half an hour. I was late for 10min because of traffic. I was not responded properly too. I want to know what was the actual problem and want my money back. It took me to mental stress as my mom was very serious at hospital and i really had to catch that flight. I told them my problem but till 4.45 PM they were not allowing me and after that i was told that "paper docment verification was closed" and so they couldnt allow me to check-in.. i really had to take action on "INDIGO AIRLINES". This isn't fair on behaving like this to a customer. I had booked my ticket through "makemytrip.com", it was clearly stated that check-in can be done at the maximum prior to 60min from the departure of flight. I wasn't that late but i was there before 35min and then also i was not allowed.I asked about that information in ticket but i was told that site update would be wrong. That is none of my business and i need my money back as soon as possible. please give me a solution.
