Abhinandana Housing Pvt Ltd Guntur — Not registering the plots

I have the same issues with this housing company.
I paid off for my plot in 2009 itself. I have been reaching them a lot of times to ask for registration.
Each and every time I go there at their office, they aren't getting me with a definitive answer. They keeps on saying, next year, next year, ... for every time. But they aren't taking any progressive steps to do the registration. I'm pretty sure that they are cheaters. And its a fraud.

We all o[censored]s should gather and file a complaint against them. We need to submit the complaint to our new DGP (RP Thakur) in person with the help of media to get everyone's attention. Please reach out to me @ [protected]@gmail.com for gathering.

My plot for registered.. But after one year yesterday they called me and asked me about sending my registration documents, (Xerox) adhar card and passport size photo for land regularisation.. Is it safe to send?
Generally do they do it lrs for all plots?
