I ordered cargo pants but they delivered me a simple lower which ridiculous and was just worth for ₹100

Wher is yr office . Send office address & Telephone Nos. Registration of my fried not completed.

At first we were alloyyed plots and then after a few years when decided yo develop the plot, we found our plot was not demarcated any more, all wire fencing was removed, we were shocked. On visiting their office, we came to know our plot was taken over by the governmemt for dam project.. On that they offered us a bigger plot at wada with extra payment. We denied the same and asked them to refund. This happened in 2010. After that the ordeal started, they kept giving us false promises, i kept on contacting them, gave some good thoughts continuously, visited their office many times, but to no avail... Somehow i managed to get 2 lakhs that too in parts, but after that they stopped responding, also their staff had changed by the time. They have been using my money all these years, and i am. Not getting my balance 2 lakhs that is part of the principal amount. Pls help me. Get my hard earned money back. Along with interest. I have all the records of the transactions so far...

Disha direct allocated plot in beaumont project new mahableshwar in 2009.
Despite repeated follow ups they are not doing registration for the plot.in last mail in 2015, they have communicated that they have dispute with parteners and once resolved registration will be done. Even with follow up with them they have not given satisfactory answers.

We had bought a land in new mahablesh war 9 years back. They promised on the land and as of now they have not given it back and they dont answer any calls. Can some one call or email me on [protected]@goorganic. Me. We have had number of emails been sent to the, we do not live in the country and hence find it really difficult to get in touch with them.

Last year when we visited them, they said they will give an alternative land, and after that there has been no answer at all.

I am unable to post all the details on this post here as we dont live here. My brother lives in mumbai and his number is [protected]. We would appreciate if you can help us in this.

I had gone through the advertising read. Open plot in poladpur — farm village, as. Santosh naik — disha direct marketing services had given many promises, but they have cheated to all investors in this and other project. I have invest 19.5 lakhs, no plot available there.in 2017 mr. Santosh naik had promised & given in writing to give back money in six months.
But he did not give any amount so far. I will suggest to get together all investors to whom he have cheated in this and other project to fight regd. This matter as he is enjoying with our hard earned money.

Please note that disha direct office address changed since 9 month, but till date we have not informed about the same.

Till date (05/02/2019) we have not given any response from disha direct.

I booked flat in disha direct cida de vida alibag project in 2012. This project is from disha direct. They have changed their office before 1 1/2 months time. We in group visited their new office thane in july month and submitted our complaint to them. But of no use. Mr. Santosh naik, md or his assistant never tried to contact us even after we submitted complaint in july18. Till date, no possession/ no communication from disha direct regarding this project. This project is now sealed by people's co-op bank thane, mumbai. We got 137 members list of this project. We have formed a group. Booked a plot thru disha direct in 2008 under new mahableshwar scheme - beaumont property. Initial booking amount has been paid and doing follow for the registration and other formalities for the past 10 years. They are not updating the progress status. I have requested to return back my money and did a follow up calls for more than 20 times. They are not supporting. I prefer to get back my money with interest.

Disha Direct started illicit practices by undue demands and if the demands are not fulfilled they have started to block property documents, I have paid in full before registering the land purchased, at first when I asked for property documents Disha Direct executive started demanding money before they handed over the documents now after governments demonetization the executive changed the stand and said they have handed over the documents on taking this matter with their Vice President Suhas he now started saying they lost the documents and can do anything, I believe with all changes of their stand they are harassing me while the documents are with them

No registration After taking Full payment, Reso villa cottage
I santosh Ambavkar ( owner of Cottage No.7) have made 100% payment for this project of Disha Direct in Reso Villa Project Manor since Jan 2016 (INR 25, 00, 000). All requested formalities have been completed by me on request by the company. They were agreesive till they did not get 100% payment. Once they ( Disha Direct) received their payment they have just vanished. I...

Dish Direct took the complete payment and now they are holding up on handing over property documents, the plot of land was purchased at Landmarc Meadows, Tamhini Ghat in 2010, since then they have not released the property documents, the contact person at Disha Direct currently is : Vandana Godambe and Suhas Kshirsagar, Several emails reminders have been sent with no response, please help

I purchased a land at landmarc meadows from disha direct, thinking this a reputed company with its brand ambassador being our very own renowned actor prashant damle, thinking disha direct must be an ethical company, paid the whole amount for the property is one go, the property was registered in 2010, i was told the original property documents will be handed over later, i had to travel immediately hence could not collect the documents, now when i demand to be given the property original documents they are so rude that they do not reply, this is highly unprofessional and unethical, we are the customer and we should be respected as we respected you by paying all the money without any of your follow up, the only ask is give the original documents, in such a trivial matter too disha direct is being uncultured, did not expect such a behavior from a registered company who has a brand ambassador as mr. Prashant damle, need an immediate response. I have been asking for my property documents to ms vandana godambe of disha direct

I am mangesh mangrulkar, having so called plot in this scheme... There is no reply from disha direct regarding possession of the plot, there is no date or period given regarding handing over of plot...

When i personally visited this platu, there is no development... No road till site... I talked to villagers nearby and they told me that there are still some lands which are not sold to disha direct by villagers.. And there is dispute already.

I am worried about it now and think that there is some kind of followup (Legal) required to get this sorted.

So far, though they have not yet replied to my cancellation request... They have acknowledged me that there is plot booking on my name.

So situation is confusing, they are acknowledging our ownership and also refusing to tell us information or progress on this scheme.
