[Resolved]  Abhinav Kalra — Correction of father's name in, p.f office dwarka delhi

Dear sir/madam,
I have pf account no. Dsnhp[protected]Abhinav kalra) working with (Sumitomo mitsui banking corporation) connaught place, new delhi-110001.
My uan no.[protected].
My fathers name is wrongly mentioned as gaurav gupta instead of praveen kalra. How can gaurav gupta be my father when my surname is kalra.
At the request of pf office joint application was also submited along with id which was accepted by pf office on 8-3-2016. (Copy attached). I have raised grievance several times delso/e/2016/03541 dated[protected], delso/e/2016/03142, delso/e/2016/01415, delso/e/2016/01715, delso/e/2016/01789. I get only standard reply to submit joint application with id proof which has already been submitted. (See attachments)
Kindly look into the matter and correct my fathers name to praveen kalra.

Nb:several greviance have been raised including dlso/e/2016/01789, delso/e/2016/03142, and delso/e/2016/03541. There is no person to pick the phone on [protected]. The mails sent to shree kant on grievance. [protected]@epfindia.Gov.In are being returned undelivered by the server.
