I would like to inform you that i did a recharge on 24th april 2020 my number [protected] amount of rs.598 deducted from the account through axis bank.in airtel app also it showing as recharge success but recharge was not done on. I tried calling customer care but unable to connect because of lockdown, that's why i am sending an email. I request the customer care team to resolve this issue as soon as possible and do the successful recharge on
