Abhishek — worst hospitality

I am staying in ontime luxurious apartments in jupitor complex, four bunglow, andheri west, mumbai

This 1 night stay was the worst nightmare for my family.

We booked 2 rooms, in one of the room neighbor in thenext room was smoking which is not permitted, my parents and 9 month old infant cannot tolerate the smell, i went to reception and told that this is happening and chage my room but no one did bother... I came back in some time and complaint again but still there was smell in the room.

I took my family to my room only and then called [protected] at night, they transferred my call to senior solution specialist who understood everything but did nothing and disconnected call after 28 min after that i called again and the same thing happened.

It looks like that this is goons company, they are forcing me to pay for 2 rooms and there call centres are bunch of # who says that they are specialists but actually they are #.

I called today again and same thing happened waited for 40 min.

This is worst hospitality. I am an australian citizen and i promise that i will never ever use this oyo service and will complaint at the same time
