Abhiyash Indane — lpg distributor took more charge due to their negligence

I have to launch a complaint against abhiyesh indane, lpg distributor, bhilai, cg, nehru nagar, east. I booked on cylinder on october 24, 2017, when the price was inr 711/cylinder and got a sms for that stating that cashmemo number generated is [protected] for inr 711, but when i received cylinder on november 3, 2017, they charged inr 805 stating that the prices have increased. When i asked the distributor on phone number #[protected], he blatantly refused to entertain my case and stated that he is not afraid of any consumer forum.

I want my refund as i booked my gas cylinder when the price was low, inr 711, whereas i have to pay increased price of inr 805 due to negligence of lpg distributor.
