If you want to save your hard earned money please Stay away from this project, just two months ago I have booked a plot and paid advance, legal verification failed since they don't have proper documents for this project .It's been 81 days they haven't returned not even a rupee. The chairman(Mr.Rajeev Gowda alias Rajanna) gives false commitments and skips his promises to refund the amount..says this Friday and Monday but never refunds the amount and never stands on his words.. and blocks the calls and phone numbers.Chairman himself couldn't able to take responsibility of his project and cheating the public with forged documents.Eating public money and not refunding, making them to wait for months and suffering them.
