If you want to save your hard earned money please Stay away from this project, just two months ago I have booked a plot and paid advance, legal verification failed since they don't have proper documents for this project .It's been 81 days they haven't returned not even a rupee. Summary :-
1. Rashmi Sharda & M/s Abyad Interiors thru Mr. Syed Zoheb Shams has entered into the "Residential Interior /Renovation Work Agreement on 5/4/23. for My Property address 23/401, East End Apartments, Mayur Vihar, Phase-1 Extn.Delhi-110096, Near New Ashok Nagar Metro Station.
2. Total Amount of this Contract was Rs.15 Lacs.
3.Work to be Completed within 65 Day's.
4.Both the parties signed Specific Services -Annexure-A, Payment Schedule Annexure -B alongwith other terms and Conditions.
5.Rashmi Sharda has paid all the payment in advance before start of Work & Schedule Total amounting of Rs.12, 50, 000+ Appox. 35000/- for workers gate entry fees, MS Door Exp.and A.C. Exp etc. Total 85.66% already paid Till 20.5.23.
6. But Contract Mr.Syed Abyad Interiors has not completed more than 50% of work & every time pressured Rashmi Sharda to pay more, otherwise workers will not come & work will be stop.He has also not shown or Share or Discussed design.
7.Mr.Syed Zoheb also sold all Old assets /Material Door, Fan, Fitting etc.of old fitting wiithout the permission of Rashmi Sharda.
8.Syed Zoheb installed low quality of Material against quality & type mentioned in the agreement like example Installed Aluminimum Door/Sliding instead o[censored]PVC, same was also applicable for Plumbing accessories, Wires etc...
9.Mr.Syed Zoheb Shams also not paid money to his labours/Vendors/POP Wala/Grill Wala/Tiles Installation Vendors...All are now sitting on head of Rashmi Sharda.
10.Aaditya has switch off his mobile & Syed Zoheb not picking or replying phone calls.
11.They Both has Cheated Rashmi Sharda as well poor Labours/Vendors etc...giving mental harrasement, Insult in Society, Loss of money, Poor quality material Installed & Delaying project.

Dear Sir,
I am user of injection of Arachitol 60 k since 5 years. On 17th May, 2023 I purchased this injection from my nearest chemist name Balrajeshwar Medical and General Mulund West Mumbai 80. Pharmacist sent me product batch no. PCJ001 manufacturing January 2023, expiry September 2025. Product was sealed from both sides with tape but we found there are only 5 ampsules instead of 6. I visited to the store again but she denied to take back &even she too purchased from wholesaler from some guy Safe life enterprises pvt ltd, Mulund West. As this seal was oen by me, i can't blame to chemist for 1 ampule use. Request to check the batch of PCJ001 No. and let me know what to do. I paid payment of 6 ampules and received 5.

This is to let you know that Abhyudaya Developers (B RAJANNA alias RAJU GOWDA) is a bogus company and this person is a big time fraudster. He has cheated more than 100 people who purchased sites in one of the project (Lotus Garden) which is located in Mandur village, Budigere cross. All o[censored]s who purchased sites have paid the full amount and registered the sites in 2011, however till date the project is not completed...

The Lotus Garden project started by Abhyudaya Developers under the ownership of B Rajanna alias Raju Gowda has not been completed and is having lot of legal disputes. There are more than 70 site owners having invested in close to 100 sites in this project and all of our money is stuck as we have paid up for this project fully in 2011 itself.
Inspite of repeated follow ups and having discussions with Rajanna and his father nothing has been changed. He has cheated us with crores of rupees. He is happily roaming around and even the office in Indiranagar is now shutdown.
Please don’t believe Rajanna as he is a fraudster and he has been escaping from meeting with us time and again.
I request you all not to invest in any of his projects as all of his projects do not have any genuine documents and approvals.
Please don’t believe in any of his promises as nothing of it is true. He is a big scamster. We have also filed a police complaint and lodged a legal case against him.
Please look at the photos that I have shared as part of this complaint and these were taken few years back. This is the state of lotus garden project.

I have been asking for all the legal documents for verification but I am not getting proper documents.
I keep on asking for sending the legal docs and I am getting all useless documents from your legal team .

I am resident of 14_1_102/b/1new allapurborabanda, backside of mehboob function hall in our area drainage blocked and overflowing on the roads, since from 12 days, no one responding to us and we leads to viral fever, even we not able to live, because very bad smell, mosquitoes wer, comming, sir we are not able to walk on the road... Rajjana - MD of Abhyudaya Developers is a complete 420. Firstly people get deceived by looking at his Indira Nagar office, his car and his buildup. Basically, he is a broker, who do not own any land and makes use of his local contacts and get to know the availability of Land. After that, he deceives some farmers by offering them fancy prices generally min 20-30% higher than market rates, so the farmer falls to his trap and does an agreement with some amount as advance. He does all his projects this way. One good part will be he is local to Mandur Village and his own house is very near to Mandur Village, which is a very hot location in terms of real estate. This is where customers will fall in his trap because of proximity of his projects to nearby big projects of Brigade or Prestige, so the customers start paying advance in one or two lakhs with very little documentation. Now he starts rotating that money left and right in different problems he has with other projects or sometimes he will spend money on his lifestyle[ Examples are his office in Indira Nagar, interiors in his office or his Jaguar car or foreign trips ..]. Whichever the problem is on top of his mind he will divert the money to that, now one can understand that new problem will arise in future from the money he got on that day. This story is continuing since his project Lotus garden started in 2010 or 2011. People may think that now he became good and he is doing good development in Abhyudaya residency I or II which he projects. Folks he simply offers one or two plots for road contractor as he will not have money to pay at a later stage. All his projects are financially not feasible because he offers very high value to landowners in the initial stage itself to start some project for rotation of money, but he never completes it and he always spends money lavishly to showcase as if he is super rich or big shot but the fact is he is just a regular broker with no land on his own or his family. He is in a complete state of mess which no one can resolve. He bluffs like anything, he tells that land owner is my uncle or relative and they will just blindly listen to me and come for registration, everything is a farce. There are still people who need to be paid back for many of his old projects. There are complaints against him in Jayanagar police station for lotus garden on various check bounce issues. He will tell even I know Siddarammaya Karnataka CM, just ignore approach police station if he is harassing for long.

Note: I am writing in a detailed way because I felt very bad that people are still believing him and losing their money. If he is still getting positive review 200% it is a fake review.

Abhyudaya Developers STARCITY project near budigere cross is a fraud project built on occupied land. The documents are not even 30% proper. Beware of this fraud project STARCITY and the fraud Abhyudaya Developers.

I showed the documents to my lawyer . The lawyer told the documents are not even 30% proper. The main documents are not existing and some documents are fake.

I paid advance to Abhyudaya developers and they are not returning the advance now.

Abhyudaya Developers is Fraud company. Beware of Raju/Rajanna (he gives different names) the fraud manager of Abhyudaya Developers @ Indira Nagar, Bangalore.

1- 1.5 year back i have invested in a Villa plot by making an agreement with the Abyudaya Developer for 2 plots in Abhyudaya residency Phase 1 layout (60X40 and 40X80), At the time of the booking we were promised that the DC conversion will be done and the khata + Registration will be done within 3 months and the booking amount was taken,

After which they have issued a Forged DC conversion copy, we have...
