Absolute Barbecue — ab's: ab's fooling and arguing with the customers, staff being rude, nobody to look after customers ignoring customers

Hi this is praveen i along with my collegues we have been to ab's (Absolute barbecue) restaurant at marathallli outer ring road on 1st december 2017 i. E friday we have already reserved the booking in advance.
We have booked the table for 28 people, we have asked for the single table as we are with our corporate collegues we would like to sit at a single table,
I was schoked that they are least bothered to listen to the customers they were just giving us two tables, how can you just ignore the customers and
Provide two tables when we had booked and reserved in advance as we would like to have a single table.
This just went on and there was no supervisor or manager who had come up to us.
The staff say that it doesn't mean that if you book well in advance that you get a single table where all can accomdate,
I do not understand then what is the reason that we had booked in advance we would like to have accomdated at the single place as we are of
The corporate collegues together.
This was just going on the argument, and finally they have given two table for us this is the first disappointment.
Next we have the beer, i was schoked to see the beer is jsut like water and i have asked the staff and he says that
It is the draught beer i do know what is the draught beer and how it looks and tastes, but this doesn't look or tastes
We have aksed the staff to replace the beer's but says he cannot and again the staff are ready to argue with the customers than providing the replacement.
And it juwst went on by calling other waiters and staff to prove that they have given the draught beer,
Do you think that customers need to spend around 45 minutes arguing about the beer's?
If the staff can replace the beer's when requested by the customers that shows your servive.
But we still see there is no manager who can assist us.
We have asked the staff to refill the starters with prawns & fish but they are very delay at their service.
They only get more chicken then what we requested is for prawns & fish starters to refill, then what is the point in the customers asking the staff to refill
The required starters.
I have asked the server to call up the manager he says he will but he doesn't. Over all it's a bad experience to all o[censored]s.
I need the explanation from the manager or the higer authority to look into this.
