I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent visit to your Sector-26, Chandigarh outlet on[protected]. I had booked a table under the name Jaigovind Shukla for four people to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary, trusting in the quality of your food and services. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Upon arrival at 7:30 PM, as per my prior telephonic booking with your manager, Mr. Shivam, we were informed that no reservation was recorded. Despite several vacant tables, we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for confirmation from the attendant and manager.
The service throughout the evening was extremely poor. The attendants and waiters were unresponsive, and despite raising concerns with the floor manager about the food quality and preparation, no improvements were made. One waiter, Mr. Krishna Goswami, provided better service than the floor manager and other staff, but overall, the experience was disappointing.
The food quality was subpar, with dishes not cooked properly and some items sent to the table for self-cooking, which I had to address with the floor manager. Additionally, containers were often empty and refills were delayed. Crockery such as plates and spoons were not readily available, and it took around 15 minutes to receive them after requesting.
I have previously visited your Hyderabad and Kolkata outlets and, based on those positive experiences, chose to celebrate this occasion at your Chandigarh outlet. However, this visit was disappointing. I now have to reconsider future visits and will advise my contacts against visiting this location.
This experience marred our special occasion, and I am deeply disappointed by the service and food quality at such a reputed restaurant. I hope you will take immediate steps to address these issues to prevent future occurrences.
