Absolute Honda — excess amount charged and manual bill prepared

I have visited to Absolute Moters on 14.04.2018 to servicing of Honda AP10BF1825. Veh servicing is very poor. Heavy amount charged by (Rs 1910/-) and manual bills prepared. Ihavve approach to Showroom Manager but no responce given to me. May I request to instruct Owener and Manager of Showroom to not charged unwanted/unnecessary amount.
