My car had a small accident on 9th December, resulting in some damages to trunk, bonnet, etc. I was asked to pay 20k advance on 10th, car was picked on 17th and estimated completion date was 20th.

My car met with an accident on 20th April 2023 and was taken to Frontier Honda Sector 34 Gurgaon for repair. After clearance from Insurance, beside other damages the car was to be replaced with front both airbags and right-side airbags along with the SRS unit.

Last week My Honda City MH12JZ7965 was sent for servicing to Deccan Honda Satara road branch. When car was delivered to me the Reverse Sensor unit was completely damaged. When I talk with advisor (Nivas) he also confirmed it was damaged by them. But there is no action after 4 days. Kindly take it on serious note.

My experience with VIVA Honda is really very bad. I have registered multiple complaint with Honda. But i am still not getting any resolution. I noticed vibration in Engine of my car( Honda Civic No—OR02AN 0016. On my request My car Honda Civic visited your show room of Central Honda, Sambalpur. After checking, they told that one mounting of Gear box has been damaged and accordingly they replaced on dated-18.05.23 and charged Rs 8043.00 against Invoice No- SR[protected] to Central Honda.
