Dear sir/Mam, I am Rajendra Shinde resident at Kalkhde, Taluka Dhule & Dist. Dhule, Maharashtra india. I bought a new Honda City top model and car delivered to me on 9th October 2015. After first monsoon I observed lots of very small yellow spots on my car, after few days they are increased and also size increased in the form of inside metal rusting. Automotive paint has only two purposes to make car look good and to protect the underlying metal from the harsh environment.

This is with regards to my vehicle honda city cvt regd no. : mh-01-cd-0540.

Since the purchase of vehicle i have been complaining of a screachy indifferent sound which has never been resolved with instances wherein i was informed that such noise prevails in all honda cars.

When serviced before a fortnight the service centre informs the brake pad, disc, etc to be in proper state and condition. I face a brake pad broken to bits on my way back home from pune to mumbai on expressway.

I have also purchased an extended warranty of 2 years. I am asked to pay...

Why parts of honda brv are not available in guwahati service centre and taking so much time for parts to reach its destination when i have already ordered it in your service centre namely spectrum honda a week ago and as per verbal communication with the service centre they said it wud take 15 to 20 days. By the time it is replaced my cars suspension will be completely damaged. Who will take responsibility? Very disgusting service on your part......

I would like to draw your attention about the commitment/promises between customer and your staff;-

I have book a car wr-v and at the time of booking i have discussed with your sales person i want the delivery of car on 21st sept 2017 in the morning and will come at 10.00 am at that time car should be ready for delivery i will do the paper formality at that time. And car should be ready in all respect with temp. No. Plate. But your sale person told me please come at 11.00 am your car will be ready but you have to clear your due by 18/ 19th sept 2017....

Had sent amaze diesel for service no hr76 a 7011 to pearl honda sec 37 gurugram. The car developed a peculiar sound at the back and i had tsken it back the other day for a check. The concerned person sent me back as the sound could not be located even after two and a half hours and the car was collected by the company from my office the other day. Gave me back the car after one and a half days saying that the suspension needs complete replacement and gave me an estimate of 2000/-. How fair is that. I handed over my honda amaze rj 07-cb-9136 to sunheri automotive service station bikaner after an rta near by month of october 2016. During rta air bag was not opened which was for my safety. After more than 2 month i received my car on 11 jan 2017. I complaint for some issue after it. Service center asked to come in next visit to resolve it. Recently i got amaze top model from maple jammu... No complaint for the company... They where superb... I wish them success... But my only grievance /submission is that the complementary seat covers they have provided are not good it seems they are duplicate... There is mark of honda but not showing amaze...in ragzeen... So my humble request is to convey concerned company to provide me original one... The prize of vehicle is near about 8 lacs.. Does it look good to provide worst type of complementary seat cover... My name is mahesh laxmanrao jugdhare. I own a honda city 2014 registered with mh20cs9950 in aurangabad city. From last several months my car is leaking with water which is in the right side rear door. Whenever there is rainfall the door is filled with water and later it leaks through the door near the speaker and gets collected near the leg room behind the drivers seat. Due to the reliability of Honda's products and their customer support I suggested my colleague Dr. Sheryl to go for the new Honda Jass when she planned for a new car. I gave my car up 84f 7025 for accidental repair on 1st sept. At divine honda, roorkee. For 5 days i was not informed about the estimates.

Upon complaining the estimates were told and i was told car would be delivered by 11th sept. From then onwards they are holding up the car for one or the other pretext. On 13th was told that twater had got inside after accident so the carpet is being removed and dried.

What was the staff doing all these days? Water must have damaged the body of car due to their negligence. I want to claim damage for the loss they have caused to the...

Hello sir i am manu from kerala last 2 months back i purchase u r dealer muthoot honda from kerala. After 3000 kilometer the vehicle shows some missing. Your are service team of muthoot tell us its because of the presence of water on the diesel tank so the sensor is not working. Its not in warrenty so we should pay for the issue. After 60 days they solve the issue and we paid 35000rps. On 12 of this month they give the vehicle at 6500 kilometer after 200 kilometer the same issue on the dashboard apperars. Again the techsupport tells the same problem and they change the whole diesel from the tank...

I had purchased a honda jazz last year from crystal honda pune. Yesterday the car was parked on a slope and the handbrake was up. However, the car still rolled back and smashed 2 motorcycles. Even though i had insurance i was forced to pay a compensation of rs. 15, 000/- to the vehicle owners inspite of facing financial difficulties. The whole incident has been recorded on camera. I have also tried calling customer service but nobody has responded positively to this matter. I would like to have my car checked and fixed and be compensated with this amount immediately....

Even after so many reminders of bad service (Thrice i got my car serviced here; every time same story) my complaints were not heard. Since service centre people requested and promised to give good service we came to dakshin honda hosur road bangalore again.. Orderd spare parts, paid advance and got the car serviced.
We just survived a car crash since the brakes were not workimg and there is brake oil leakage....

Very pathetic in documentation process.. The sales executive wont explain clearly to customers. For bank loan they wont submit documents on time and we have to follow up 100 times to get this done.. No happiness or satisfaction in buying a car with them.. They will say one thing before buying when we asked details about the bill they will say differntly... We called to business head 4 times and i mesaged but no response from him.. I feel very sad in choosing this dealer.. Choose differenet dealer..
