I bought an Honda brio car from delight Honda Sarita Vihar on September 2016. ... they told us that urban titanium colour is available then we insist them to show us the car and they denied that it's not ready now ...then they gave us delivery within a week ... car's engine was making noise from first day .. we complained about that and they said we will check ... From the starting back gear was also creating issues .. it will done most of the time after 4-5 attempts ... when we got RC then we came to know the model from January 2016... in glass and engine it is mentioned 2015... we complained about...

With due regards to the customer care department of Honda. This is to bring to your very kind notice that your sales department of Kanpur Pushp Honda needs to learn some good manners regardless how to deal with customers. Their tone should certainly be more polite and helping attitude rather than dominance and high pitch. Being a customer of Honda since years it's really disappointing to be treated like this., but nevertheless I am totally aware of my consumer rights and would love to avail it if the attitude is not brought on the right track.

From last more than 50 days I am struggling with simple music system complain. Every time they want vehicle to go to their workshop, which practically not possible it having distance of 40 KM.

The above vehicle was given to your Maradu service centre for periodical service on the 25th May at 9 A M.The vehicle was attended by the service engineer Shri Jiby Thomas.His services were excellent. The vehicle was taken by me in the evening at around 6.15 PM after due payment.As it was a bit dark in the evening the vehicle could not be inspected by me entirely.On reaching home I noticed a big dent on the left rear side of the vehicle. I was given contact of roshan, who went on trainings and gave me no of mr mukesh,

2nd day i was given another number to follow up.

3 rd i am asked to call on land line and speak to uma.

Now nobody is taking my calls and neither nobody is transferring my calls to them

Rushabh Honda Nashik is not maintaining proper spare part inventory, I suffered 5 times including today's evidence of non a availibility of clamps of bumper.

No satisfactory explanation from them for this.

Unfortunately I decided to Purchase a Honda Active 4G from Regency Honda Jammu being Nearer to my place of Residence

1. On approaching the showroom on 9th of May almost at about 5.45pm none of the sales executive bothered to attend but on asking who shall attend to brief the detail's of the product I intended to purchase, one gentle lady sales executive approached but instead of briefing in detail about the product she seemed to be in hurry to leave for home as it was about to be 6 pm.

I have honda amaze 2013 model car. I have taken my car into service center multiple times saying my car break is not correct.

I have told some parts are not working properly and it has been completely replaced with new one. Next time again i faced same issue and again took car to service station and this time they said some other parts are not correct, am not sure about those parts changed but i know it is related to break.

But this time break got failed in ghat section and we were almost like dead and reborn.

This has reference to above referred honda jazz vehicle no. Which i have delivered at arya honda bhandup center on 09.05.2017 at 11.14 am for rectification of damages on left side door panel.

It is very disappointing to have some annoying humming/vibrating sounds coming from the dashboard of a new car (Honda city dec2016) which has not even crossed the 2k mark.
The car is under free servicing and still there is an issue in it, which makes me doubtful if this is a manufacturing defect or something got ruined during servicing of the car by either of the dealers (Ring road honda/ prime honda)
This is the first time we have faced an issue with the honda product and it is hard to accept, thus i would like a skilled technician to figure out the root cause for this issue and...

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of Honda cars
I bought a Honda city in Dec 2015. I just discovered that its battery is faulty.
It is just 1.5 years.
Honda claims it is mentioned somewhere that the battery guarantee for new cars is only 1 year.

A typical battery has insurance anywhere from 2 to 3 years.
Plus who reads all the manuals before buying a car.

I bought Honda for the quality it is known for, but now I am having doubts, and will think twice before buying a Honda.

I hope Honda is able to replace the battery...

I have purchased Honda Amaze 1.2 smt om 31.12.2015 having number DL10CG6924. Car is run approx~10000 kms only in NCR region.

Now car is not picking up race and stop after 0.5 -1 km. I had call with dealer (RING ROAD HONDA, Moti Nagar) and he said that "clutch plate is out of order and the problem is with driving condition".
He said we have pay for repair or new parts.
How this fault could happen to new car which only run for 10k kms only.

I have another car (Hyundai Verna, diesel ) driving from last 5.5 years and completed almost 55000 kms and it running...

Car was purchased on 19 nov 2016.. With in one month delivery the inbuilt music system was not working properly and was taken for replacement by dealer vision honda calicut.. Its almost six months..
