Abt Maruti — About inefficiency in analysing the exact issue with the car and false assurance plus requesting for refund of the money

Sir, there was a problem with my car which gets switched off on its own while driving. For which the car was handed over to ABT maruthi udumalpet tamilnadu on 14.03.22
We were informed the issue is rectified on 17.03.22, bill charged Rs. 5245. While we were driving back again there was same issue and so car was taken back for second time on 20.03.22 and again on 29.03.22 the bill was Rs 5836. Plus we were asked to give 1500 off label for petrol while it was used for self driving.
When we have cleared all the amount and the car was handed over to us, on the way driving back we were shocked that issue was not settled and the car got switched off almost 10 times in a travel of 10kms.
Despite spending total amount of Rs. 11231, the issue was not rectified.
Despite there is extreme careless and irresponsible response from the staff, that they were unable to find the issue finally. If the staff were unable to find and resolve the issue, why in first place it was not informed to us and still we were asked to pay twice after false allegations that the repair was done. Kindly look into the issue and please refund us the money a total of rs. 11231.
Kindly take necessary action against the staff incharge for their false assurance and irresponsible behaviour. Thank u.
