Baleno - Bodyshop issues reg
The employees are very rude in ABT bodyshop, Saibaba Colony.
The way they handled the service req are poor.
The car was not washed properly when delivered.
And they have not even addressed the issues raised.
Earlier the same happened with Ambal Maruti and now with ABT maruti*
I think the service for cars purchased via Nexa are very very pathetic

About inefficiency in analysing the exact issue with the car and false assurance plus requesting for refund of the money

Sir, there was a problem with my car which gets switched off on its own while driving. For which the car was handed over to ABT maruthi udumalpet tamilnadu on 14.03.22
We were informed the issue is rectified on 17.03.22, bill charged Rs. 5245. While we were driving back again there was same issue and so car was taken back for second time on 20.03.22 and again on 29.03.22 the bill was Rs 5836. Plus we were asked to give 1500 off label for petrol while it was used for self driving.
When we have cleared all the amount and the car was handed over to us, on the way driving back we were shocked that issue was not settled and the car got switched off almost 10 times in a travel of 10kms.
Despite spending total amount of Rs. 11231, the issue was not rectified.
Despite there is extreme careless and irresponsible response from the staff, that they were unable to find the issue finally. If the staff were unable to find and resolve the issue, why in first place it was not informed to us and still we were asked to pay twice after false allegations that the repair was done. Kindly look into the issue and please refund us the money a total of rs. 11231.
Kindly take necessary action against the staff incharge for their false assurance and irresponsible behaviour. Thank u.

About service
I have received my car (Alto 800) after service in Tirupur ABT Maruti. Everytime we are facing problems when service given to ABT Maruti in Tirupur. Now when I received the car after service, I found scratch in front side of the car and informed to the service center, but still no action taken to rectify the issue. No scratches in my car when I handed over for service and no scratches recorded in Job slip sheet .How people will show the interest in such service center where problems are repeated and when give the car for service, new problems are coming.
Please take immediate action to rectify the issue.

Respected Sir/ Mam,
With subject to above I have purchased maruti Celerio Vxi at your ABT Mettupalayam. Since my job was transferable. I was in chennai now. I gave my car to service at your Ambattur branch twice. But it was really gave dissatisfaction over the service. Last time when I gave service wheel alignment was not proper and the viper was not fixed properly I again requested them to clear it properly.
When I gave services to this time I again intimated them about my bad experience of your last service. This time also it was poor. They told me about change of oil filter, oil change, air filter. Ur material cost was around Rs.1934.95 and labour charges to all these was around Rs.4640.36. it was paid on 07/07/2021 and invoice number : 3/BR/21002299.
It was just 17 days after the service I faced very bad experience yesterday. I went shopping with my family members . Suddenly my vehicle didn't start. I was scared .I explained my position to my brother and he arranged for a mechanic. He enquired about my position and he told me that my battery would get discharge and asked me push the vehicle and start. It was very hard feelings that even they don't check battery condition. It's your baby and your are doctor for the baby and in regular check ups you should check everything right. If it happened during my journey towards my native what would be my position.
Now I couldn't believe whether you have changed my oil filter, air filter, and oil change. Please make immediate action to solve my problem. It's a hard earned money paid for your service.
I need an action immediately.

I want to register a complaint against abt maruti sales executive mr. Jagdeeswara.
I purchased a maruti eeco vechile from him one month ago, in the name of singh tyres. When i shown a quotation of an another maruti car dealer. He assure me that i will fulfill all their commitment. And when i given my vehicle for 1st service, i came to know that he didn't done underchasis paint, the commitment which made by them, now they started demanding money for the same. I request abt maruti to please take a necessary action on the person mr. Jagadeeswaran.
