Parcel need to get delivered in avadi, chennai onjan 5th itself, we are following through all phone number, but the reply was wrong status they are updating, still now parcel is not reached to customer. If i call to ponnamalli, they telling guindy, if i call to guindy, telling now got in respective place... Day by day we are nearing to pongal season, our customers got angry with us...

Having waybill no 89157 booked from Ahmedabad to villupuram . As it is wrongly booked . Actual station was thirukoillur which is written in bill . So now I kindly request you to book this material to thirukoillur branch. Kindly do this fast as possible .
