Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided concerning a parcel billed to my company, The Wood House (LR 75442). The item was scheduled for delivery to our Mangalore office on February 14, 2025. However, the material has not been delivered to date.

On February 16, 2025, someone called on my company’s mobile number, asking me to collect the parcel frogm a third-party courier service. Since then, I have been waiting for the delivery, but no material has been received. Upon contacting your customer care team, I was provided with a contact number and asked to follow up directly. However, I am now being told that it is my responsibility to pursue this further.

The contact numbers listed on platforms such as Justdial and Sulekha are unresponsive or fake. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to obtain reliable information about my parcel. This delay has caused significant business losses as the product was intended for commercial use. As a result, I have lost a client. I would like to know who will take responsibility for this loss.

To make matters worse, I was informed during the last call that I should address my concerns with Mangalore, as they are allegedly responsible for the delivery. This is unacceptable. If my product is damaged due to negligence, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. This will not only harm your company’s reputation but will also hold you liable for compensation

The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability throughout this process has been deeply disappointing. If this is the level of service provided, I will be forced to discontinue all future business with your transport service. Such poor service is entirely unfit for commercial purposes.

I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the prompt and safe delivery of my parcel. Please treat this matter as urgent.

Sir,
I have purchased blackgram and gingelly seeds through agricart.TNAU. These are sent through ABT Parcel service as detailed below.
1.LR No.725848/03.12.2024 Thanjavur. (Blackgram).
2.LR No.517456/05.12.2024 Thindivanam (Gingelly).
After the lapse of 4, 2 days the goods are not delivered to me. When enquired, the Parcel staff has given no response.
Your service is not prompt and timely one and also deficiency.
Please provide arrangements to deliver the goods at once before damage.

It's been almost 10 day, Chennai - tiruppur | No proper response from the staffs, No proper assisstance from the customer service, Brand manager are irresponsible by not attending the calls. I haven't received my parcel yet. I have contacted both the branch offices and checked for parcel, and saying that parcel is missing so we are searching for it, what an answer to say to the customer and threatened. If i didn't get the parcel by today, i will file a complaint to the consumer court for sure.

I have placed the parcel on last week Saturday ( 16th March) on Bengaluru but still my package is not yet received. Moreover if I try to contact respective persons in parcel service no one is responding properly.

When I ask for an update everytime they are saying some silly reasons for parcel delay. Plz strictly take a necessary action on this.

I had booked 2 bikes for delivery in Chennai from Coimbatore. The bikes were handed over on Wednesday 28th Feb 24 and the bikes were not loaded for transportation from Coimbatore until Saturday when I called to check status. I am still not sure about the whereabouts of my bikes and pathetic response from both ABT Singanallur office and Chennai office staff. The Delivery location is also messed up. The destination code is also different from where I asked for in Chennai. Please help if there is anyway. Need my bikes without damage at the earliest. Bill no- 150141, 150140

Dear Sir/Mam, I shifted my two wheeler from Arakonam, Tamil Nadu to Thrissur, Kerala using the ABT Parcel service initially they said they are charging ₹2, 256/-, then they charged extra ₹544/- for packing charges and we paid it, the packing was horrible, now after the vehicle has arrived at the destination station they are again charging ₹500/-. This is literally cheating, and also the vehicle's fuel tank is damaged, right side...

I m booked parcel tiruvallur at 26.12.23 and the parcel received by me on 29.12.13 . 4 days delivery process .

And cost is high for booking.

No message service alert on booking.

Very worst delivery in goods service on your company transshipment.

I had given a small shipment to ABT parcel service for Mysore from Bangalore thru AWB # 431108 on 22/10/23 but it has not reached the customer as yet...

when i spoke to ABT person about this he says the parcel has been misplaced and that ABT will pay full invoice amount of the same, however he refuses to acknowledge on mail or written consent that the parcel has been misplaced.
Please help provide full refund of the Invoice value or return the goods back to us in proper condition.

Worst service ever...(. - Abt villivakkam office) ... In my bill the amount written was 914 rs but they asked me to pay 1500 rs and when I asked him for a detailed bill (ie by mentioning separate amounts for packing, transportation, door pick up etc), he hesitated... He was scolding me if I ask any information regarding my parcel... I have also mentioned door delivery while availing this service but he didn't mention anything about it in...

Wooden chair missing... Sent from walajapet akr service... To Coimbatore... In Coimbatore didn't receive wooden chair... Immediately called and asked they are carelessly telling it's missed... I need a proper explanation and need my wooden chair by today evening..

My Material has reached delivery location Cuddalore. However, to our utmost rude shock, person in Cuddalore office very harshly rejected to deliver our material and they will not deliver it at any cost.

How can you decline the delivery of material when we have trusted you. Is this the way you deal with your customers. Is this your work ethics. Do we need to tolerate all this when we are paying for what you are doing.

This occurred as a result of Jayprakash Singh in Vapi making a mistake in the bill at the Vapi booking office; nevertheless, he is refusing to speak and provide help and explanation. Someone from Cuddalore claimed there was an internal problem, and we are suffering as a result of your service.

Do we really need to put up with this when we are paying for what you do?

Also people sitting in Cuddalore office are very ill mannered, obnoxious and disrespectful. They never answer properly and treat customers very cheaply and provide very inadequate assistance.

We are in huge truoble with our customer due to this. We are truly disappointed and helpless for choosing your service.

Please do something urgently and deliver the material.

And the driver say to him he will reach on 8 30 pm to Haveri I waited that bus tell 9 20 pm and also talk to bus stand offers he not responsing my words so please help me to get my parcel to me

This is regarding to the parcel missing from puthukottai to Trivandrum . The parcel contains the Pooja Thertham which is a cure for Kidney patients. The parcel is so important for curing the patients . It was sent on 5 th April and yet to be delivered. When we called your customer care, they saying the parcel misplaced or still trying to figure out. Kindly take necessary action

I checked with near by my area branch they said still parcel is in hub past three days.. Why they are not delivery the parcel and kept in hub.
