Abt Parcel Service — Lost bike parts and tank damaged , seems like some parts stolen

I had send my bike from ABT GUDALUR, THE NILGIRIS, TAMIL NADU . 643212 to Chennai .on[protected]
first it was not delivered on time, secondly the parts are missing ( engine guard spoiler ) seems like theft and also petrol tank damaged and scratches everywhere.uploaded video with this
I contacted Gudalur office and Chennai office no one has an answer.

I kindly request the concern person to look into it ASAP
